The assortment is always interesting and well curated. The buyer for this store is a genius! The staff is always willing to help, and they have such patience. I found a beautiful Soruka leather wallet I plan to give as a gift. This is just one example of the truly different "finds" you'll stumble across at this iconic store. Last week I went in to buy some Easter candy for the kids' Easter baskets. They have an old fashioned candy counter. One of the gals assisted me with countless bags of old fashioned candies. She hand tied each one with ribbon, and was cheerful and upbeat. I wish I could remember her name so I could thank her. I also found bags of retro Easter grass--the shiny raffia kind reminiscent of the version for the 70's! They have toy department downstairs, and I'd recommend venturing into the basement just to experience it. If you have kids, this is a treasure trove of unique offerings. My son has recently started to build Lego sets and we came a across a missing piece. In an effort to avoid the 10 day shipping time to have a part shipped to you we decided to take a drive to the Lego store to see if the part would be in the store. It wasn't. This would just be the start of our experience. As we were digging through the bricks trying to find what we needed Heather approached and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. I pulled up the 2 missing parts from the Talking Sorting Hat and she explained that they wouldn't have the pieces in store. Then explained the process to obtain missing parts, which I greatly appreciated even though I was aware of this, and then when I said we were hoping to avoid the wait...she walked to the back where the store had an assembled Hat and took it apart to get the pieces for my son! What amazing customer service, completely and totally unexpected! We did browse the sets as well and I will say that some prices are right in line with big box stores and Amazon, others are on the higher side. That being said being able to browse all these sets in one place is an experience in itself. We will definitely return and purchase the next set from the store simply because the customer service is unmatched. Thank you Heather for making this an easy, painless process.

More helpful than any hobby store I have ever been to. Their selection is not quite as big as some stores but the value and pricing is good so I will often order items from them if they do not have them in stock. Not to say their selection is not good. In fact, they have a large variety of used HO scale buildings and train cars for sale more than any hobby shop I have been too. I am always appreciative of them and their ability to answer many questions.

What it lacks for in size, it makes up for in curation. These booksellers know the Bay View audience and have thoughtfully handpicked their stock to suit. I noticed that they have a few bookclubs--I can't remember all of them but there is one that focuses on books about wine. So, if you're looking to learn more about wine, you may have found your spot. They have a nice selection of social justice books and have a solid supply of graphic novels as well. For myself, I was able to pick up a collection of short stores while I was in. What a gem of a spot! Get to it!

And keep in mind, it is your only source of packaged goods once you get through security into the gate area. They have all the standard snacks and drinks, and a variety of souvenirs from shirts to cups, magnets and more. In addition to the packaged goods, they have a small variety of cold foods including cheese, because Wisconsin of course. Service is always solid and friendly here. They have a self check in addition to standard, so the lines move quick. Overall, great shop that I hit 100% of the time when flying out of the C Terminal.
