Management acts like there not involve with what's being towed, but On-Site Towing company comes here mostly every weekend night and tows people vehicle, allowed by management through contracts. Over the past several months, I communicated with both Jasmine and Nataly regarding these ongoing issues, yet they remained unresolved. I have had maintenance requests outstanding for nearly two months, dating back to May 28. One of the most concerning was a ceiling that leaked every time it rained, yet it remained unresolved for nearly two months. That was not the only outstanding work order, but it is one you would expect management to prioritize. Instead of completing the repairs, management closed my work orders as though they had been resolved, despite knowing the issues were still outstanding. I have also received repeated trash violation fines for allegedly placing out overweight trash bags. I weighed my bags and documented them with photos and videos showing they were within the permitted weight limit. Instead of reviewing the evidence I provided, management directed me to contact the third-party valet trash company. However, the valet company only reports alleged violations--they do not issue fines. The apartment management is ultimately responsible for deciding whether to assess the fines, so it made little sense to send me to a third party that had no authority to remove or reevaluate them. As a resident, I expect the management team I pay rent to each month to review concerns they have the authority to resolve. Instead of addressing the evidence, I was told they cannot make exceptions because someone is a woman or a single mother and that everyone who violates the rules must receive a fine. That completely missed the point. I was not asking for special treatment--I was asking management to review the evidence because I did not violate the rule in the first place. Communication has been equally frustrating. Phone calls frequently went unanswered, emails often received no response, and concerns were not addressed in a timely manner. Residents deserve management that listens, fairly reviews concerns, accurately enforces community policies, and completes maintenance requests instead of simply closing them. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience, and I cannot recommend this community based on how these issues have been handled.

Why are they always reacting and never being proactive about upkeep? Why do I have to pay a premium to live in this so-called "luxury" apartment when they do not provide luxury accommodations? Their branding is deceptive. Stay away and go to one of the nicer locations nearby, or pay less at a place without a pool so you don't pay extra for services that are there only on paper. P.s. I saw this morning that they got a fire violation posted at their main entry door for failure to upkeep the fire systems. Way to go! One more star for your badge of shame!
