Having found out about a second location near campus I was thrilled how convenient and close it is! The appointment process was smooth , they let you select your barber and even have their Instagram links on the appointment page prior to so you can see their work. They even had safety covid 19 protocol questions as well before you are able to schedule a appointment with a barber ! As I entered I was greeted by both barbers their during my appointment and both very friendly and wearing a masks as well. I selected a barber based of their reviews and let me say he definitely exceeded expectation! Kelvin did a fantastic job on my hair ,he gave me a fantastic fade and style with my hair which I can arguably say it's one of my favorite haircuts of all time. My edges and designs always get "Wows" and "where did you get that?" I feel comfortable taking my son there because they have a strict code of civility for their barbers and clients (no cussing, no swearing etc). This "Owner" has a severe issue with his pride. He seems to assert by his words and actions that simply because he owns a Barber Shop and has the authority to accept and decline business that he can talk to another Grown Man as if he is an child. Customer Service is how companies grow their customer base. The first time I went back after she moved, ended up on antibiotics.
