The Parking Spot is the only lot I'll use at Bradley. The valet service is the best and very reasonably priced.

I parked at the BDL location of The Parking Spot this past January. It was incredibly easy to leave the car, board the bus, and pick it up after a long day at the end. Job very well done, as usual. But more importantly, I received a call today from Angela. She told me they had been going through the lost and found, and came across a small leather notebook. She thought it looked old and may be important to someone, so she looked inside, found a ticket stub, looked it up and called me to let me know they had my notebook. Never Again... will I ever park there. I arrived at 3AM for a 6AM flight and the woman was rude, unprofessional, lacked any kind of customer service ability but I shrugged it off. upon returning to CT., I tried the app. it didn't work so I called. the woman asked for my reservation number. I replied I didn't make one, my car is already there. she said "No, your stub number beginning with a R". I gave it to her. she said a shuttle should be there shortly. I hung up and got picked up. upon arriving, I rush inside the building, as I've always done since it was Roncari, and the woman barked "your receipt is in the car with the keys". I asked why did she not tell me I didn't have to come inside while on the phone or at least, was it ok to charge the card on file. she repeated your receipt and keys are in the car. it's 3AM so I'm not arguing then. I am making a complaint with the Atty General's office about that missing communication as I thought there was something on the books about confirming what card was to be charged before charging. yes I left a personal card on file but use a corporate card for the final bill, which I didn't have on me at the time and was not afforded that opportunity to change it upon paying. The lady at night has zero people skills and thinks it's about her when it's my money, my car, my time and my perception of my treatment. just horrible. I won't be back read more

With the horror show that air travel has become, businesses and individuals who can make the experience less stressful are indeed, special. I want to compliment a shuttle bus driver who took us to our car at Hartford International Airport on Monday, January 23, at 11:00 pm. My wife and I had just gotten off of a flight from the sunny west coast to the reality of cold, snow, and ice. My car was totally encrusted with ice and snow. We were the last passengers on the shuttle and the driver, after carrying our bags to our car, went into the bus and got an ice scraper. He then proceeded to scrape every square inch of glass on my vehicle. I was able to sit comfortably in my car and let it warm up before driving home, without having to clear all the ice from the glass. I hope that this driver's supervisor reads this review and rewards him for being an exemplary employee. In the future when I travel, I will never park anywhere else due to the kindness of this individual. read more

DO NOT TRUST THE PARKING SPOT!! I have been using them for years, even when it was Roncari. They will not protect your vehicle when it's in their possession. Plus, they cover up any damages they do to your car. When we got back at midnight and picked up our car, we noticed a vertical crack on the front window. I contacted them as soon as we got in the car. They checked their cameras and they told me there was no crack when we dropped it off. However, when we picked it up the driver backed it up so the crack couldn't be seen on the cameras. I told them that's fishy right there, but they said they could not be held responsible since I left the parking lot. I told them there's no way that we did it, since I called immediately at 12:05am. PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK!! The drivers are also very slow. He was so busy talking to a co-worker that was on vacation everyone on the shuttle had to wait for their luggage. Everyone was tired and felt disrespected of our time at midnight. The service has really gone bad. They deserve a zero rating!! read more

Left my car and return to find that my automobile car fob that opens and locks the vehicle had accidentally opened and all the components must have fallen out. Someone put the frame together and didn't bother to let me know that something happened. When I noticed this after I got home, three phone calls were never returned. I am spending $100 of my own money because they broke the fob. They could have at least returned one of my calls. Bad customer service read more

Zero stars for this place. If you value the condition your car is in I wouldn't leave your car here. My car was hit in their lot after paying for the covered valet option. I was told I would here back from them after the reviewed the cameras. After repeated phone calls the Angela and Matt the "managers" I haven't heard anything back from them. Usually am very happy with Roncari service. However, I used their app for Reservations to schedule a vacation about two or three weeks ahead of scheduled Travel. We had some snow a couple days before and when I got to the lot the attendant just waved me on. There were cones blocking the entry and I try to explain that I had a reservation be he just turned away and wave me to try the next lot. Very disappointing not what I expect from Roncari. I have been a customer for years. Hoping this was just an uninformed employee but it really upset us. 3 stars due to this experience ( blend between a 5 and more recent 1 experience). Oh by the way I went to app to try and provide feedback in a less public way and the email was returned to me - The following message to support@roncari.com was undeliverable. DO NOT PARK YOUR ELECTRIC CAR HERE!!! I called in advance to ensure they could charge my Tesla, they assured me it wasn't a problem as long as I had my adapter. I checked in, identified my adapter to the gentleman who took the keys, he reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem to charge it. I went inside, checked in, reiterated that the car needed to be charged in order for me to return home the following day (30+mi). Again, was told it was no problem. I land the following day, call my ticket number in, take the shuttle, arrive at the desk, to be told my car didn't have a retractable cord in it to charge it! I have 5mi remaining on the battery and it is 12am. The gentleman who gave me my keys apologized profusely that they didn't charge the car or call to inform me they couldn't charge. This model Tesla doesn't come with a retractable charging cord! Clearly, they know nothing about Teslas! I had to drive down the st to LAZ, provide the adapter and they plugged me in! I called my husband, to wake up our three small children, pile in the car at 12am, to come and pick me up! Never again Roncari. I should have parked at LAZ in the first place! read more

I had set up my booking online. We dropped off our car with no problem. After our 12 day trip was done it was so nice to have our car waiting for us running and the heat on. When we got our bags and called the people @ the parking spot they asked if they could just leave the receipt in the can it was awesome. All we had to do is load our car and take off. read more

This was my first experience with long-term airport parking, because I usually bum rides from friends or family. However, because our flight left at 6am on a Wednesday, we figured asking someone to pick us up at 4 was a little much. When we arrived at Galaxy, a shuttle driver followed our car as we parked, and helped with our bags. He dropped us off right outside check-in. When we returned Saturday night, we called for a pick up from the phones near the baggage claim and were told a shuttle was already on its way to pick up another customer. Sure enough, a shuttle was waiting right outside. Service was really friendly, and again the driver drove us right to our parking space a few minutes away. We paid around $25 (including tax) to park from very early Wednesday to around 9pm Saturday. Galaxy charges $5.50 per day, or $33 per week (not including tax). These rates are SO much better than what you'd pay to park at the airport, and the service is extremely convenient. read more

Every time I park there's one issue or another, After 20 years, I'm finding a new parking place! Twice in recent months, someone stole some items from glove box or center console (nothing major, just iPhone charger, bag of parking meter quarters. I called to report each incidents and got ZERO reply, let alone any satisfaction. This past week, it took 15 minutes just to get a ticket b/c they were so backed up and understaffed. One guy was busting his a$s, but the other couldn't care less. Overall, there's still plenty of nice people there, but clearly some dopes. I think they've become too popular and complacent, or maybe we're all just getting more used to poor service. read more

As I checked in here for the 20+ time today I realized maybe it's about time to write a review. I have been using RonCari for years . . . decades, actually and I've gone from once or twice a year on vacations to once a month at least for business travel. The service has always met expectations and has been consistent. Of all these times only once was my car not ready and waiting for me when I got in (there's an app for that) and it was the holiday season. Consistently Roncari employees are pleasant. There are plenty of shuttles so the wait to leave for the airport or to be picked up at the airport is minimal. In addition you are able to get certain services while your car is on sight such as a car wash. I would always recommend Roncari and haven't had any complaints - and as I said I've used this service many, many times over a long time. read more

Be aware that the rate you are paying varies with demand and availability. They are clever in advertising rates "as low as" but not being direct or clear about what it may really become. I used uncovered valet which is "as low as" around $9 per day. I paid $19 per day. It's my fault since I didn't pay attention when checking in. Be aware!! read more

Great service, everyone wished me a safe trip, the shuttle was ready and waiting for me both on arrival and departure. The big negative is that I did notice a scratch on my car :( the pink ticket provided said they do not cover any damage to the inside or outside of your car so- park at your own risk. read more

This was the worst experience we have ever had for long term parking at Bradley airport. They claim it's $6.99 per day but then they tack on another $15 for fuel surcharges and other nonsense. The young girl where you pay was quite put out that I dared ask about the extra charges. We stood waiting for a bus to bring us back to our car for over 1/2 hour. We called the phone number they show on their signs to ask for a pick-up but one answers so that is pointless. After seeing a Ronconi bus for the 5th time we asked them and they radioed a bus for us! I would never use this place again. Ever! read more

After many years of good "uneventful" experiences, we are extremely disappointed with a dent in my car. It is on the driver's door, which was conveniently left open for us when we arrived. (Found the dent on the next day.) When he called to report it, the clerk began to tell my husband that once it leaves the property, they are not liable. When he pressed her, she dumped his call into the manager's voice mail. The call has never been returned. Lack of attention to this matter will make us never return. read more

Usually I use Roncari for parking at Bradley, however since its decent out weather wise I wanted to try Galaxy. When I pulled in the van was there, the driver was trying to be helpful and point at a direction to go in, however it frazzled me in the early morning hours. I parked my car in a tight spot as the driver made me feel like I needed to get into the van which was not the case as all seeing as we drove around for a bit more. The folks on the van with me said they had been circling the parking lot for a few minutes. We picked up one more person and then were off to the airport. Upon arrival back to Bradley the shuttle was quick and finding my car was easy! A few pointers... 1) Don't let the van make you feel rushed, you have a whole parking lot to park in, take your time 2) Give yourself some extra time for potential circling to get to the airport 3) Know where you parked!! read more

Love these guys! I used to use some of the other airport parking services, including one that constantly has internet coupons. No more! I had a few bad experiences with the other guys, including a dented license plate that mysteriously appeared. Roncari is easy, fast, and friendly. You pull in and pull up, someone takes your keys and gives you a number. You head inside (where you can grab a cup of coffee if you'd like) and tell the person at the counter when you plan to be back. They explain that you can give them a call as soon as you land (or, if you have the mobile app, you can alert them that way). You head outside and take the next shuttle, which you never have to wait more than a few minutes for, to your airline entrance. Last time, I ended up having a flight delayed for hours, and decided I'd rather go head home for a bit instead of waiting at the airport (I only live about 20 min away). I called Roncari, and they were more than happy to send someone to pick me up, bring me back to my car (which they had waiting), and send me on my way with no charge, knowing I'd be back later. They made a bad day a little easier for me. They have a rewards program that's worth signing up for if you travel frequently (or even semi-frequently), and you can earn free parking. There are also services you can pay to have done while you're gone, although they've always been too pricey for me to bother with (I can wash my car for a lot less :) ) read more

Wow, the customer service here is awesome!!! Yesterday, my flight was cancelled and after being in the airport for two hours, I thought I would have to pay for parking. Once they found out my flight was cancelled they just let me drive right through without paying. So nice of them!!! As far as Airport parking, this is my lot of choice. For $5.50/day, it's a steal!! Makes me feel less guilty about parking my car here. The lot is very safe and the bus driver will follow you to your car once you park and when they drop you off, they go directly to your car. I drive a Tesla. I left the car with 200 miles left on the battery. I returned to pick up my car and only had 90 miles left. Additionally, I saw a large area of what appeared to be dirt on my driver's side door. The attendant quickly said it was "Dust". I wash my car every week. When I went home to wash it, that "Dust" was a large scratch, and I also noticed my camera above it was scratched. I called, the manager Mr. Seymour told me they looked at the camera and saw "nothing." I asked him to show the camera of when I drove it in to see if that large scratch was there. No response! I've used Galaxy for a few years now and I'm satisfied with the service every time. The process is simple, the drivers always help with my luggage and I find the staff to be friendly. When I return from a trip and call for pickup from the airport the turnaround time is quick. Overall the service is great, and the price is resonable. Though the parking is cheap and convenient I recently had a horrible experience. My card number was compromised subsequent to me paying at this venue. I had $100s charged all over MA. I called multiple times to speak with a manager or anyone and I was only transferred to voice mails. As you can guess, I never received a call back and I had to fight with my bank to get the my money back. If you don't want your card numbers compromised right after your trip I would NOT park here. Great location, always at your car within a minute to take you to the terminal, and quick to get you back to my car. We left our car there for 8 days, the check in on June 30 was quick and easy, shuttle driver excellent! We were stuck in PHL on our return day, Sat July 8,2019. I called to let them know that we would not be there until Sunday, July 9.2019. The woman that answered the phone was very pleasant, don't worry she said, you're all set see you tomorrow. She was very professional and I could tell she loved what she was doing for the company!! She gets 10 stars for her cheerfulness and helpfulness!!!! Sunday, July 9, 2019 around noon was a different story. We called the number that was given to us to call when we were ready to pick up our car. It was answered Roncari;s ticket #, which I provided, last name which I gave, you're all set. I started to ask a question but she didn't give me a chance and abruptly hung up! When we got there she motioned for us help you, she said. No I went right to Pat who was the manager, I looked at her and said you were very rude on the phone. She rolled her eyes, Pat helped us and apologized but not her, she just continued to stare at her computer. She should not be dealing with the public as her skills are terrible!!! We've been using Roncari with no issues for years and years. Today, after a frustrating experience with a severely delayed flight sent me back home rather than on to my destination, I was very pleasantly surprised when Roncari did not charge me for the 5 hours my car spent in their lot. The app is great. Transportation is timely. Drivers are helpful. The lot is clean, well surfaced, and well lit. Ample distancing enforced. There are AAA discounts and discounts for booking ahead on the app. No-contact entry and exit. Just one problem I've had: If you pay ahead and return earlier than expected they will not refund your payment for days of parking you didn't use. read more

I could NOT find any available parking at the airport or the nearby parking lots. I saw this place and I pulled in, I handed off my car to the valet person, checked in, got on a shuttle to the airport within a few minutes. When I was done at the airport, I walked out and immediately saw the shuttle pulling in, so I was able to get back on and return to get my car right away, all within an hour and a half. Never again. Couldn't find Bradley's own express parking lot -- how bad could this offsite lot be? Well, in addition to a disastrous payment system that took over a minute per car to exit, I waited for a shuttle that--when it did come--was already full. Twenty minutes to travel the mile to the airport when I finally gave up and took a competitor's shuttle. Staff ranged between friendly and incompetent to friendly and unempowered. My time is worth more and so is yours. read more

My car was hit while I left it parked at Galaxy. I tried calling management to see if they had cameras and left numerous messages without a call back. Finally when I asked the operator if I could speak to the manager's supervisor the manager answered the phone. He was dismissive and had excuses for why there was nothing he could do before he even knew what I was asking for. read more

If Roncari had a Platinum membership I would have it! I park there at least 4 times a month. In fact, I have my family an friends park under my account and pay for it. Usually they are very efficient. I've always over looked the fact that my radio settings are changed, volume messed with and seats adjusted. However, I recently took a trip with a family member who, through poor judgement, left some cash inside his LOCKED glove box. I understand the disclaimers, however my family member still holds society by a certain set of standards that he lives by..... needless to say his lesson on "good people out there", "trustworthy employees", "a business that would'nt let that happen" is out the window. As a business owner i realize its difficult to go without issue, but the lack of help and inability to even attempt to work with him to gain a better understanding of how his locked glovebox was breeched was horrible. Something I never thought existed in such a seemingly reputable company. Theres far too much competition out there to simply dismiss someones plea for justice an understanding. I am extremely disappointed in the way in which Roncari handled that situation.....
