We drove all the way across town to buy a puzzle, not purchasing balloons so the transaction would take maybe 1 minute. Showed up at 3:47pm when the store closes at 4pm. The owner was extremely rude rushed out the door and said he had to leave to do deliveries. We will not be back. Better luck at Party City down the road everybody! Owner- learn that your customers are the sole reason you are in business and have a better attitude and treatment of your customers. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I don't see this place staying in business too long. Do better. read more
