After my doctor's appointment earlier this week, my husband asked me what I wanted for lupper. Surprisingly I said a Braums burger. He said from which Braums, I told him the one closest to our house(which is the one by Lowes). So we stopped by and I got a quarter pound cheeseburger with extra pickle, ketchup, mayo(I took off the onion, tomato, lettuce, when msking the order because of tummy issues), and added mustard when we got home and deconstructed it, since I could not have the bun. I also got a large sprite to drink and my hubby got himself a rootbeer float for a treat. When we got home, the deconstruction began, and it was delicious. Thank you for making a proper burger that was easy for me to take apart later. Have you guts ever thought of offering a burger plate(that has no bun thst people could enjoy)? Tasty burger and fries. With that being said I get it, if I need condiments ask but can we at least get a napkin or two in our bag?

My husband and I have eaten at this Braum's location regularly for years. It's always pretty consistent. We joke that sometimes you get the A team and the B team (high school kids), but it's always fine. They stay busy. I rarely eat inside, but it's generally clean. You get cold fries sometimes, but overall the food is generally hot and fresh. read more

Not sure this place has such bad reviews. I'll admit, we couldn't find a clean table, but they were very busy. The ladies restroom had a toilet that was stopped up, so we had to wait a long time. But the food was quick, it was hot, and it was very good. When we ordered four ice creams and for the total of $11 and change, I asked him to double check the total. I couldn't believe the total was so small. The ice cream was very delicious. All in all, I was pleased with my experience. Too bad we don't have these where I live! read more

Very disappointed in the service given tonight. I've been to this location multiple times and the food and ice cream is usually always great. The place was busy, but that does not mean it needs to look the way it does. Who knows how long the counter has had ice cream and toppings scattered around, there were multiple machines that looked absolutely disgusting. I understand being busy and not having time to deep clean every second of the day, but the ice cream on these machines were caked on and dry so it's definitely been there a while. On top of the messes, while I was waiting in line there was another customer ahead of me who ordered a sundae (from the gross machines) and a worker named Chloe helped this customer. While making his order she was chatting with a coworker who was making another order at the same machines and Chloe gave the middle finger to this coworker after a joke was shared. This was seen clearly across the counter where the customer was standing, as well as where I was standing, and by Robert children in the lobby area. To top that off, Chloe had apparently had issues with a machine prior in her shift which gave her white shirt and apron many ice cream stains. Stains are normal in the food industry, but this just looked very messy, kind of like the work space around her. This used to be such a great store, not sure if there were management changes or what happened. Hope my next visit is better. read more

I ordered a strawberry cake sundae. When I got to the window I was informed that there wasn't any white pound cake but I could either have chocolate or get a refund or order something else. I decided to go ahead and get the chocolate cake strawberry chocolate go well together. When I got home and took the lid off, I saw that it was messy, the strawberries were frozen solid, and the vanilla ice cream had a weird taste to it. The last couple of times I have gotten ice cream from there. It just wasn't their best work. read more

I have to agree with almost everybody here. The service is terrible. Kind of reminds me of the kind of service. I got when I lived in New York. Nope. Service in New York was much better. We have been there about six times. There is one young man who is amazing and there is a middle-age woman who is amazing and everybody else believes her being rude and inconsiderate is the best way to handle customers. But I would wonder since there are so many openings there all the time, if it's not because of the management. Then I read all kinds of things about that place and how they sexually harassed, minors. I would think it's time to report this to Braum's headquarters I like to food, but I think the place is not clean, and certainly not very friendly with exception to the two people I mentioned. read more

Braums offers some pretty tasty food, but this location redefines below average service. The "management" allows sexual harassment of their employed minors (and yes, multiple incidents were reported directly to the supervisors), endorses vulgarity, and has absolutely no regard for the mental wellbeing of their employees. To really top it off, the counters are caked in an inch of melted goo, the trash cans are generally overflowing. I will never return to this location. read more

I just tried to do a call in order at this Braum's by Lowe's &!was informed by the guy that answered the phone that they do not take call in orders, unless you are a bus and it's a big order! Since when do fast food restaurants not accept call ahead orders. Guess if you go there, you'll be waiting in lines for awhile as they are very slowly inside as well as outside ordering. Took my 85 year old aunt there this afternoon because she was craving a banana split. Get all the way there and after ordering get told "Oh, sorry. We're out of bananas." ....WHAT??? How can an ice cream joint be out of bananas? Was there a rush on banana splits today? They weren't on sale. Braum's being out of bananas is like going to McDonald's only to find out they're out of hamburgers. She ended up getting a strawberry shortcake sundae. The cake was so old and hard she couldn't cut it with a fork. We just tossed it. Very disappointing. We won't be visiting this location again. read more

Being a recent transplant from Northern NY. I I had been less then enthusiastic w the local grocery stores I shop at in Eufaula. However, after my first visit to Braum's,it has been one of my favorite places to shop for some of my groceries. I also have enjoyed there ice cream and the eat in or take out menu that I have had. Ok....with this said, I am not sure if it was a mad busy day or what but when I visit Braum's Muskogee w a couple of my friends the other day, I nearly turned around to leave and not order. My goodness what a mess, behind the counter. What looked like ice cream Syrup, toppings, and who knows what was on counter from one side to the other. (The ice cream section). I mean not just what may seem rush hour but disgusting and seemingly unsanitary. There was a sink behind that had running water that was overflowing, yet no one seem to be aware or alarmed of the mess being made. Granted, I understand there can always be those kind of days, I witnessed a couple workers that seemed to not doing anything at all. In Just desserts lol I will say that our server a young man was polite and courteous. Finally, I would say that either there wasn't a manager around or poor management period. read more
