Coke was 3.75 and I was given a phone to tip and sign. I tipped 20 percent and left. I get home and there was a 10% charge on my card. I asked for the print receipt option but wasn't given one. I feel the need to express these concerns about how "out of control and offensive" these shows have become. The drag queens are USUALLY drunk. We found street parking and walked over. Metal detectors and ID check at the front. Of course something buzzed for me. Quick pat down and I was in. They have a coat check which is handy. Since my last time here it's been redone. Not surprising as that was years ago. So many rooms of fun and different styles of music. Lots of bars tucked everywhere so you can always buy a drink. And food trucks outside too. We wandered in the different rooms, enjoying a drink and looking at the merchandise for sale. So many talented vendors. The VIP tickets came with a settee and bubbly. We toasted my friend and enjoyed relaxing there between our . The gender neutral restrooms threw me off a little as the urinals are out in the open. I've been in ones with stalls but this was a first for me. The alley was cool as you can play games and eat at the food truck and drink at the bar. Subdays are arguably one of the best days to go as they typically have beer bust for stupid cheap. Unlimited beer or seltzer as do many other gay bars in the area.
