I've had a handful of amazing providers that I absolutely adore. That being said, I've been so disappointed in how I've been treated these last few months. Without getting into specifics, there was an issue with some test results that I was looking for an answer about. They continued to run the same tests, get the same results, then not inform me on what their plan was after. There were times where they would take 4-7 days to reply to my Mychart messages. As of right now, it seems as if I've been absolutely ghosted by my own PCP considering they haven't replied in over a week. I even left a message for the office itself last week and have yet to hear a single word from this clinic. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism when it comes to my medical care until now. Luckily, I decided to abandon the clinic I was most comfortable with and I was able to find a doctor that was able to fix my problem the very same day of my visit. I wish I would've jumped ship sooner to save myself the stress.

Instead of clarifying this upfront, I was met at the appointment by two nurses rather than the physician I had scheduled to see. Only then was I told I would have to bring my child in before the physician would speak with me. The interaction with one nurse in particular, Brittney, was especially unprofessional. Her dismissive comment--asking if I had "ever been able to see a pediatrician without bringing the kids"--was condescending and unnecessary. Clear communication at scheduling would have avoided this situation entirely. As a physician myself, I know that one callous interaction can undermine an entire practice. This encounter left me questioning the culture of respect and professionalism at this office.

I brought my 24 weeker (now 18 mo) in about…read morea week ago because he had a terrible cough, he was wheezing, his nose was running, etc. Given my son's medical history, this should have been taken very seriously. Dr. Strong did not test him for anything, just gave him a steroid for the cough and sent us in our way. That night it only got worse, and we almost ended up in the hospital. I called the next day, concered. I called the nurses line 15 times and left multiple voice mails and no one got back with me. I went and found a new pediatrician that morning and my son was tested and diagnosed with RSV, which is a huge deal considering my son has chronic lung disease and other complications that come with being born 16 weeks premature. This new pediatrician was immediately concerned, talked to us for over two hours about our concerns and got us everything we needed (including a nebulizer) for my son to get well as quickly as possible. They also called the next morning to check on him and had us come in so they could listen to him at no cost to us. My son could have died due to the lack of attention from this doctor and the lack of urgency from everyone working here. It has been three days since I called them and still have not received a call back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. Find a small clinic with a doctor who actually cares about your child. You are just a number and a paycheck here!

Once I went to little rock they reassured me that the weight is fine because she has always been a tall child. The doctors are always polite and courteous and I don't find the wait time to be long. Where there might be a lot of different variety of people in the waiting room I never ran into a horrible bunch. They keep the waiting room clean and neat for both sick and well kids. I honestly recommend this pediatric to anyone who is seeking health care for their little ones.
