All procedures were performed by assistants. He hasn't been thrilled with the care he has received, but he decided to finish his treatment, rather than change to another practice at this point. He had a 4 pm appointment yesterday and when he arrived, he was told by the receptionist that his doctor had moved to another office, down the hall. This receptionist was rude and nasty and made it seem that he should have known not to come to HER office to bother her. So he went to the new location and told the receptionist there what had just happened. This lady was very nice and apologetic and explained that the doctor had changed offices, the day before, and they were remiss in sending the patients this change of location for their upcoming appointments. So my husband sat down and waited and waited and eventually was led to an exam room where he waited some more. He was there for a full hour and no one even stuck their head in the door to check on him or to apologize for the wait. After an hour, my husband got up, got dressed and walked out of the exam room, past the receptionist, and out the door. No one said one word to him. It was close to a half hour later when he received a phone call from someone in a call center, not even someone who was in the office, and she was calling to reschedule his appointment. She had NO idea that anything had happened or that he had even just been in the office waiting to be seen. She was calling to set up an appointment. My husband then told this whole story and said that he wanted a call from the office manager AND he expected the charge that they made to his credit card for the visit (yes, they charge you BEFORE your visit) to be refunded! He has yet to receive that call from the office manager nor have we received the refund! If we could give NO stars, we would!

I was recommended through a friend and of course being a fairly small town, it was easy to find reviews online. The hygienist that I saw was super nice, friendly and professional. I ended up having 3 cavities, but they weren't mean about it. More so, let's get these fixed so we don't have any other complications or issues. They charged me $1233.00 but that's not all! supposedly I had to pay in full on the first visit! before doing ANYTHING...!! They took an impression... but made a mistake on it so it couldn't be used , and then had to take ANOTHER IMPRESSION charged me for another one!! Medicare was supposed to pay $1500. But they only gave HALF ($776.00) because , Sharp Smiles WAS NOT in the network!! They should have told me when I called that they were not in my network but led me to believe I was covered. !! Pretty sneaky! they did two impressions and then sent me an additional bill for $724. So $1957.00 total.. when I could have been directed to a "network Dentist" and the whole thing would have been free!! I cancelled my order to have the partial made and they are charging me anyway!! for all the hard work they did talking my impressions!! (I could have done THAT myself (They are going to give me a refund .. but took out over $500, for 2 impressions!!
