This is an excellent place for dinner! Great food, decent service, and nice atmosphere.
I got the mussels in green curry and really enjoyed it - the curry sauce was excellent. The other members of our family enjoyed their dishes as well - the gurnard fish special, the salmon special, and the surf and turf with salmon instead of steak (the shrimp was especially tasty!).
We also liked the local apple cider they had on tap, as well as the bottled berry cider, ginger beer, and the Boundary Bay golden ale on tap.
The service was okay. Our waiter didn't know the answers to several of our questions and kept having to go back and ask his coworkers. The food and drinks came out reasonably promptly. It was disappointing that they didn't come by to clear our dishes promptly and didn't ask if we wanted dessert - we had to ask for it ourselves.
The atmosphere was pleasant - the penguin decor and art work for sale on the walls was lovely. The Christmas decor was very nice as well.
