No worries whatsoever about catching the coronavirus as the gym has a plastic shield around the reception area, every machine gets wiped down after every use and I was completely safe as everyone wears masks. Due to staff turnover from COVID, we started with a new trainer, Brad Martin. He asked us what do you want to work on. I told him our ages, mid to later 50's and that we aren't competing for anything and asked, given that, what should we be working on. He said, strength, balance, flexibility, and stamina. Ok, so that's the plan. In just 90 days I can say I feel better and stronger than I've ever been. My posture is better and I'm excited to enter ski season feeling so strong. The proof is in my ability to do yard work and physical activity easily and without injuring myself, which was previously quite common. I had two shoulder problems over the last 2 years and they both are feeling great. Strong, flexible with a much-improved range of motion and no pain.
