I showed up for my appointment and asked if my appointment was there because it has a different name Online and I wasn't sure if I was in the right place. Christina was a little snippy, but I let it go and she stated that I did not have anything on her books for an appointment. And claimed since it was a last-minute appointment that's probably why she doesn't have it yet. How is that a last-minute appointment to make an appointment on Friday and now it's Monday? She gave me a direct number number to text for an appointment so I did. I still wasn't sure if I had the right place since I paid a $30 deposit so I asked her if her company could be named Krystal's med Spa. I was not told if she found the deposit or not at this time. She got a little snippy and rude so at this point I have an appointment tomorrow however she can keep my $30 deposit. I don't think I trust her after reviews, I've read, and she continuously states that she never has this problem with scheduling, but there are many problems all over the web with her scheduling and being rude. I don't care for anybody like that to touch me. You can see in the attached text messaging funny if I don't show up her appointment I forfeit my money but yet when I do show up for my appointment and you don't have it on your books there's no penalty. You wasted my time. Funny she cancels my appointment because she seen my review tonight as a no-show when my appointment is not till tomorrow that's her way to keep the money.

She pays attention to detail, listened to what I wanted, kept me informed as to how the color was lifting during our sessions and she is very kind and personable. We ended up doing ink removal twice. It lifted a lot of old color and then we did a powdered brow. I wanted a natural look as much as possible with my previously botched tattoos. it looks amazing! It was my first time using Vagaro so didn't really understand the scheduling but the salon crew helped me out. I like the comfy seating area, reading material, pitcher of refreshing water, uplifting music. I went in for microblading treatment with Karolin. Karolin provided the best microblading experience for me!! She's quite talented and skillful at her many crafts! It didn't take long and the sensation felt like a scratching of the brow area - not as painful as I thought! The numbing cream helped plus the aftercare kit with the application stick proved most helpful with the recovery. I'm looking forward to getting a fill-in after a few weeks the next time I visit Florida. I'm so amazed how the brows make me feel like a new person, Karolin's measurements really help frame one's facial structure.
