We had water damage due to a pipe leaking and immediately after the leak, We spoke to an All state representative. This representative told us the damage to the house would be completely covered but we would have to pay our deductible. Then, we received a call this morning stating nothing would be covered. I was told by Laura Davis that Allstate will only cover "personal items" that we're damaged which apparently does not mean any part of your house (ceiling or flooring). Then, the Fairmount office told my husband that no water damage is covered in the landlord policy . It's not even clear what is actually covered In this "landlord policy" and when I asked for a copy of our policy, I was told it won't be mailed to us for at least two days. The lack of transparency when purchasing the policy with the fairmount office has ruined our faith in this company.

One time I was able to get his secretary on the phone and she said Mr. NeverThere "wanted to talk to me about my plan" I told her that he can call me and we can chat. She said "No. You have to make an appointment with him. Then come to his office, he is too busy to talk to people on the phone"...so we never talked. As of two months ago he increased my monthly rate by $50 for no reason. He also sent me paperwork regarding how and why I should leave StateFarm if I don't agree to the price increase. When I contacted Statefarm directly they said he put in the price increase with no details and they too were very confused as to why he did that. I was told I needed to sort it out with Mr. NeverThere. So I canceled, and switched to Progressive and I pay less for better coverage. I been with Progressive for 2 months now. He just sent me a bill. Mr. NeverThere seems like a rare ghost type pokemon with high evade points. His main attack is *the avoid work shuffle*, his special attack is *random price increase* and on full moon nights he has a *lure to office* buff. I'll give him +1 start because every time I see his photo it makes me giggle, he looks like a pokemon.
