Terrible Service, I called twice before arriving inquiring about getting a new Id because I had lost my old one, they informed me I'd be able to get one same day no issue at a higher cost because they aren't directly affiliated with penndot. When I arrived the staff was very rude and informed me that unless my expired in 6 months, they were unable to print me an ID, and for them to check and see when my ID expired it's an additional $10, an absolute unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Yes, I did have to follow up a few times in the beginning to transfer my records, but boy was it worth it! I rely a lot on email for communication, as do most people! Thanh always responds SO fast and timely. That is the life saver. He is always there when I call too. So far, he's helped w/ insuring jewelry and my bike (yes, I'm skeptical about Philly here for stolen property) and I live in Old City (fairly safe IMO and I came from SF ya'll). There was even a discrepancy w/ a car rental where I received a flat tire and he was able to seamlessly help me out and make a claim so that I am refunded for any out of pocket expense. I would say I email/bug him enough as a client, but you know, I like to keep my car and my property safe and insured... You take care of your car, he'll take care of you!
