Generally you'll pay half the cost up front and the remainder at the end; you don't get to see the physical space, but photos online show a large and comfy area for them with a view of outdoor wildlife. Cats can see other cats from their cages, but never directly interact with each other, so your cat(s) will get their own, social-distancing playtime.
