Unreputable business. they take in stray and feral cats and sell them w/o shots that they claim to give them. Repeatedly sell gerbil pinkies for snakes not even leaving one for the mom to nurse. Sold dogs with Parvo and cats with rabies. Notice, their mission doesn't mention a thing about the well-being of the animals or the relationship they will have with their people. They also convinced a mentally disabled young man to clean cages regularly w/o pay. Also, continued to work with a dog groomer who I reported to be abusive, saying, "He's been doing it a long time" without even addressing his swearing while angrily dragging around a less than cooperative puppy. read more

I love the fact that they have a self wash, because knowing my dog he is gonna go crazy if I wasnt the one giving him the bath. Even with my husband, he doesn't like it. The prices are very fair and we bring in our own shampoo, I especially love the high velocity dryers. Blows all that undercoat out very quickly. He is a malamute/husky mix so there is fur everywhere but this has made it so much easier too. Price wise for everything else is alright, I can find things cheaper at Petco or even Tjmaxx but they do have a lot of cute outfits to pick from. Secondly, thank you for my puppy. It's been 3 years since I wanted a pug and I finally got one, who is one hell of a monster but so loved nonetheless. She is happy and healthy so far and is 12lbs at 7 months. The only thing I wanted to point out is that she had stenotic nares, which is genetic and there is no way to prevent it. That being said at 6 months she was already having trouble breathing so we had an operation to open up her nostrils. I hope that if you read this, you could let the owner of her parents know that they probably shouldn't be breeding the two together to try and avoid the problem. At 6 months old she shouldn't have to have breathing problems, even though I was prepared for it later down the road. She's a wonderful addition to our family and the staff have been nothing but helpful with us. The staff were always so happy to see Molly and although we moved to another state I will never forget that. read more

We adopted our puppy here. He is a perfectly healthy and happy dog. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have very reasonable prices for grooming and do a great job. All and all a pretty awesome pet store! My family loves to visit. read more

If I could rate this horrible pet shop it be a 0 , we had a month in advance of my cat to be groomed. And made us wait nearly two hours , just to tell me they couldn't groom him. A over weighted women said if he acts up I'm canceling the session. Can you believe this womens professionalism ? It wasn't there or her health lol. Waste of time. Old worker from pet parade. Does anyone remember when pet parade had parvo around jun 30, 2021? Because I do we( as a store) found out after a week of having some puppies. We continued to take in more and more dogs even though we knew we had parvo in the store. We risked the lives of so many puppies... and for what money... it ended up costing us more in the long run because we were paying for the vet bills of the puppies that past. The manager would take in kitten that were considered to young to be away from mom because she thought if they were any older they wouldn't sell.We would sell animals not for the well being of them or the though to go to a good home. We would sell them just to make money even if my fellow co-workers didn't feel comfortable enough our manager made us. Even if an animal was sick like the rodents, reptiles, guinea pigs, rabbits, and the birds. The manager had us sell it because she didn't think it was a big deal or she didn't think it was sick. I have had to deal with dead birds, dead rabbit that were brought in from costumers. The manager wouldn't even care if the animal got the proper care what she said goes and if you disagreed with her care advice she would get mad at you. read more

My Great Dane was a rescue. She barks and is defensive around people as she was abused and put in shelter to shelter. This is only place I found able to tend to her without her barking or anything. I am currently fostering a double merle (blind deaf) Australian Shepherd in Pennsylvania that came from this store where it was purchased as a puppy and subsequently dumped once the impairments were discovered. Please do your homework people and go to a reputable breeders are rescues do not buy pets pet stores! read more

I LOVE the self dog wash and the grooming service has been spectacular! I sometimes feel the staff isn't always the most customer driven, but the owner certainly is. Good employees can be tough to find and that is my reason for a less than 5 star review. read more

Rather poor grooming on my dog. An uneven cut with several tufts. Looks like something a student in training might have done. And the cost of $40.00 is out of line with groomers in other states. Usual charge is $25 ~30 For the $40 I would expect a better job. read more

Bought a puppy who was injured by their own admission, but accepted him because their vet reviewed him and said it was just a strained muscle. Flash forward 3 months and he now requires an $1100 surgery to fix the problem because his bone stopped growing. Now Pet Parade is saying he conveniently came from a breeder who they just so happen cannot guarantee. I would have been completely happy to split the vet bill, which they refused to do. Will never step foot in this pet shop again and will be advising all my friends and family to avoid doing so likewise. Ridiculous. read more

Went to this store looking for our first puppy. Prices were outrageous and the staff was rude. We were not allowed to touch the animals unless we had signed to buy them. Other stores such as R & J world of pets let you touch the dogs they would just spray you first. Will never waste my pay check at this store. read more
