The staff was warm and welcoming and the communication great. My dog was ready for pick up after a couple of hours and price right where it should be. (PS. However, the Trail Creek Rep. & only person working was in her car & ready to leave. After she saw us, she marched in & unlocked the door to let me in. (It took a few minutes for her to unlock the door.) I was charged an extra $10 for picking up our dog because "the door was locked & her boss gets mad". A half-day penalty charge for being on time - really! It is not about the $10 charge, or that we had until 5pm. It's about the PRINCIPLE, & Trail Creek Pet Center has none. BTW: The time was 5:06pm when I returned to my car with our Golden-Doodle & recapped my story about the rapacious Trail Creek Rep.

The lady there helped me research the protein in the food I had been feeding before and recommended a new food with the same protein to avoid tummy upset. She explained to me how everything worked and was very informative. They even carry out the heavy bag for me!!! The food I buy now is a little more expensive but my dog is so much healthier and the friendly service here keeps me coming back!!!!! I highly recommend them for any animal needs!!!!

Pet Smart refuses return or exchange because corn snake died after 15 days and their policy is 14…read moredays... We were watching a brand new baby corn snake for our friend. My partner had many snakes before and originally told our friend to not buy from petsmart, but they did. We woke up today to find the poor baby had passed, and we put it in a small box to take it to petsmart to try and get a replacement that would hopefully live longer. They said that we were ONE DAY passed policy and they couldn't do anything for us. That it SHOULD'VE died yesterday. That baby shouldn't have died at all, not like that anyway. It refused to eat or do anything three days before it passed. I'm annoyed at this policy being such a short time along with the rudeness of employees. How could you be so rude to someone who woke up to a dead animal? How could you act like a policy gives you an excuse to be mean? We went to Petco to talk with them and petco is giving us a discount and told us there's so many people coming in every day saying something similar. It's all reptiles too :( Thank you to PetCo for having sympathy towards people upset that a baby animal was sick and died. Sadly, PetCo doesn't have an exact match for the albino baby lost. We are getting one that's brown and white and then trying to explain to the kid who owns the late snake what happened.

The Teton County Shelter was recently remodeled, with assistance from local non-profit organization…read morePAWS, and looks amazing! It is always clean and the staff knowledgeable about the available pets. They have a great meet and greet play yard and indoor and outdoor runs for the dogs. Volunteers regularly walk dogs and a trainer is always volunteering with training to get the dogs ready for their new homes.
