Jen is a great pet sitter! Highly recommended. She takes great care of my cat when I'm traveling.

My lab, Sadie, which Jen has been watching for years now, actually runs to her door after I let her out of the car.

She gets a chance to improve her social skills and she comes home happy and tired at the end of each day! My girl is a lively and loving rescue pup who had a somewhat rough start in life and spending time with her friends at Paws has helped her blossom and overcome some of the timidity that she used to feel around new dog friends. The staff are all so wonderful; you can tell that they really enjoy playing with the pups and I know that she is well cared for while she is there. And I really love looking at the photos they share through the client portal on their website as well as their active Instagram page!

I didn't ask for a tour, next time I will. I also wished I would have taken before and after pics. Molly is a 11 year old Black Puggle. She has a collapsing trachea and bad legs, but she has a positive outlook on life, so I spoil her. We went in over a week ago for her first de shedding bath. What a difference! She still looks good now. Definitely will get the de shedding next season and will bring her in for a touch up bath in between. Noticeable less hair in my apartment and she still smells good. Groomer was very good with her and even sent pics of her on the grooming table.

I terminated my employment because the boss of the company didn't answer texts about client pets or my questions about submitting my hours and payment. I terminated my employment-quit- (after being one of his first dependable and consistent employees wanted his business to succeed ) because of his "I don't care" attitude, lack of response when asked questions, and sloppiness when withholding the correct amount of taxes from my paycheck. The owner decided to punish me by not sending me my W-2 (after the deadline and after repeated email and text requests to send me my W-2). Additionally, when I was collecting my paystub's to try and create my own W-2, I noticed that Hart Petcare did not even take out the right amount of withholding on my paychecks. And was inconsistent in listing my status as single--sometimes it was listed as married, sometimes single-- the owner is sloppy and careless regarding withholding and payment to employees. I made it clear from the beginning of my employment that I was zero exemptions and single. I also asked for a specific percent be withheld as well as extra $20 each check to cover all of my tax obligations. He did not do any of that, and when it was brought to his attention, he shrugged it off and blamed it on his tax program. My advice to anybody thinking of working for this company: THINK TWICE AND THEN THINK AGAIN. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, REALIZE YOU MAY never get your W-2 and, if you do, it will likely be incorrect. This company was reported to the IRS for tax violations.

It apparently had a bad reputation, but we have not experienced any of it. They have taken great care of our dog. Boarding, grooming, as well as routine medical care. Their staff is friendly and attentive. Our dog is walked regularly when boarded. He always comes home clean. Prices seem reasonable. Theirs hours are different, because of the Jewish holidays and sabbath. They are closed Saturdays, but open Sundays. It's always good to call before you stop in. I really have to recommend them for all of the good care they have provided our pets.

Murphy has had a lipoma for the past few years under his left arm, but in May it started to grow rapidly and began to hinder his ability to walk. We had always gone to Gateway Animal Clinic in Tremont, so we took him there and they basically said that his best days were behind (rather callously) and all we could do was make him comfortable, without taking a thorough look at the lipoma. So we took him home and tried to keep him comfortable, but eventually, part of the tumor started to become necrotic and bleed, so we decied to take him to the local place, Cleveland Heights Animal Clinic. Dr. Kleinman was very kind and understanding of our situation, and although she also thought that there was nothing to be done about the tumor, she gave us medicine and a treatment plan for the necrosis and told us to come back in a week. The following week we went for the checkup (at this point thinking he had maybe a week left before we would have to put him down) and to our surprise Dr. Kleinman reassessed the tumor and decided that it would be removable. She came in on her July 4th holiday to spend 4 hours removing Murphy's tumor and did so successfully. When they took it out it weighed almost 9 pounds. One month later Murphy is completely back to normal and healed up. He could live another 3-4 years it seems. Just a month ago we had resigned ourselves to the fact that our best friend would be leaving us, and now he has a renewed life thanks to Dr. Kleinman and the staff at the Cleveland Heights Animal Clinic. Throughout the entire process we were extremely impressed with the attention and care they gave to our dog, and we will always use them for out vet needs while we live in Cleveland. In addition to quality care they are timely, professional, and reasonably priced. If you are looking for a new vet, there is no need to look further
