However, the compassion I expected in such a devastating moment was missing. When I brought Tinkerbell in to be cremated, I was visibly distraught: crying, heartbroken, completely undone. The veterinarian was there but said nothing. No acknowledgment. No simple, human expression of sympathy. Not even a quiet "I'm sorry for your loss." I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, maybe he didn't know what to say or felt awkward. But when I returned to pick up her ashes and saw him again, the silence repeated itself. Still nothing. I understand that I wasn't a regular client. He didn't know me. He didn't know my cat. But as a veterinarian, I had hoped he would understand what the loss of a pet feels like and that, in those moments, a small gesture of kindness goes a long way. I wasn't expecting a dramatic display, just a bit of humanity. Brookview may be a good vet for those with ongoing relationships, but my experience left me feeling more alone at a time when I needed empathy the most. And that's why, as much as I wish I could say otherwise, I can't recommend them based on my experience.

I contact Martha and explained how I needed to board my dog due to I was scheduled for surgery on March 24, 2022. So we meet for a meet and greet, and I brought Khlaessi and we talked about her behavior and anxiety. I informed her my dog can"t be confined. Martha told me she was highly trained and experience with canines. She claimed she was a canine specialist and have been doing this for a while. She stated how she have work with my dog breed before, and she was in full control of what my dog needs were. The following week the day before my surgery I dropped Khaleesi off and gave her Khaleesi anxiety meds and informed her to give her the medication to help. Martha said oh she will be find, most dogs have separation anxiety due to covid and being with their owners during this pandemic. She stated she is highly aware of what to do. Well I checked on Khaleesi that night and she informed me they builted s rapport and she had anxiety and is now resting in her suite. The following morning around 5am I received 3 long paragraphs about how bad Khalessi anxiety was and she cant provided no asistance, or services for her but to walk my dog and feed her for 50 bucks. Excuse me this wasn"t our agreement, this isnt boarding. Martha what type of scam are you running? Martha harrassed me the morning before I was supposed to arrived at the hospital at 7am. I called her and explained I was preparing for my major surgery and leaving out. This woman harassed me constantly at the hospital for precheck in. After I told her ill arrange for someone to come get Khaleesi. She emailed and text me. Who harassed a sick person but someone that has no moral compass or compassion. Martha Thompson refused to refund me any money back. Please if you care anything about your fur baby dont take them to this scammer. Go to a reliable established business. She is unethical and need to be stop. She has cost me paid and suffering during my hospital stay and left me $715 short. Martha is a Fraud.

Diamond weighs about 5 pounds and the first few times I took her here for daycare and boarding I was worried because she was the smallest dog but there has never been an issue. Diamond is always so happy when I pull up in the parking lot. She looks forward to not only seeing the other dogs but the staff as well. The staff LOVE animals and they are ALWAYS happy to see both of us. Everyone is professional and courteous. Connie, the owner, runs a first-class operation and I highly recommend them. When I sent the Pictures of her face and then video of here struggling to keep her eyes open after speaking with the Manager all I got was excuse after excuse of well for her mouth sores it could be skin irritation from Metal food bowl, WTF. Than it was it could be here teeth tubbing against he lower mouth, again WTF. My dog is 8 yrs old and never ever had this happen and those iritations were not there when I dropped her off. As for her being lethargic again it was just a excuse because it was well my dog acts this way and that way. My dog thank god is ok today but I will never ever step foot in this facility ever again and if you love your dogs and I am sure you do please seek an alternate boarding facility.

Their amazing COVID protocol has me wishing they ran every business in Ohio - the high level of care doesn't drop either. I will always be a client mama. We sadly lost one of our fur babies a week ago and the continuation of his fabulous care and the compassion towards our entire family during his passing and after is something of a level I have never experienced; these folks are amazing. All of my fur babies will be seen here and in my opinion there is no other vet that could touch paws with them. We picked our beloved Bucky up tonight and the thoughtful package design for cremation services between The Animal Clinic and Western Farms is something so comforting and beautiful to me. Took my 10 week old kitten into their urgent care this afternoon…read more She's been so full of snot and sneezing non stop. She's been on antibiotics. But, was still suffering. We were seen the minute we walked in. I gave them her history while the tech went over my Tonks. Literally within 30 minutes, we were on our way home. She's on another dose of antibiotics. I love the fact that everything and I mean everything was handled in a private exam room. From paperwork, to payment. It kept my tiny calm. The doctor was AMAZING! The staff was super friendly and the wntire place was wicked clean. We will definitely be back. Even with urgent care prices, it wasn't that expensive. Thanks for caring for my girl!
