I am beyond frustrated and appalled by the service I received at Millennium Photo. From start to…read morefinish, this has been one of the most unpleasant and disappointing experiences I've ever had with a business. Initially, I emailed the store requesting to print three 11x17 posters. Shortly after, I received a call from the store informing me that they could only print the posters in 11x14. Though it was not my preferred size, I agreed to it and was assured that I would only be charged $20.99 instead of the original $29.99. When I arrived to pick up my prints the next day, I was taken aback when the owner made a point of telling me that the prints were done in 11x14.5, claiming they couldn't do 11x14. This was a complete surprise to me, as it was not what I had agreed to. The night before, I had texted a friend expressing my concern that 11x14 might be too small but that I would try to make it work. To add insult to injury, the owner informed me that I would now need to purchase custom frames, which is extremely inconvenient. Then, to top it all off, she charged me $29.99 per print, completely disregarding the price adjustment we had discussed. I managed to salvage two of the prints by cutting them down myself, but the third print was a total disaster. No matter how I tried to frame it, part of the image would always be cut off. After a week of futile attempts with different frames, I decided to call the store to politely ask if they could reprint just one of the posters. The response I received was nothing short of outrageous. I was met with a rude, nasty, and disrespectful woman who cut me off mid-sentence, rudely telling me that I would need to pay for it. She didn't let me explain my situation and hung up on me twice! This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I even told her that this is no way to speak to customers and replied with " i don't care and hung up the phone!' I am utterly disgusted by how I was treated. The store failed to deliver on the agreed-upon size, price, and service. They provided misleading information, made changes without my consent, and then showed a complete lack of willingness to resolve the issue. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. The service is terrible, the staff is disrespectful, and they clearly do not value their customers. I have never been treated so poorly by a business and I will never return to Millennium Photo Save your money and take your business to a place that actually respects its customers and delivers what they promise

I contacted about albums, inquired about purchasing a maternity session for a relative, and when i found out I was pregnant I even tried again to contact her for maternity and newborn shots. No answer. This is just an awful way to treat your clients. I am upset over this as we feel like since they have our money and our wedding is over, it's just on to the next one. I would of loved to have just one reliable photographer to capture all of our special moments, but sadly she just ignores her clients. For the amount of money she charges I would strongly suggest another photographer, there are many talented ones out there that will treat you better. We even have $150 credit that I guess will go unused. Ripoff, please beware.

She was super accommodating and her new studio in Oakville is large white and bright. She has a team of ladies that help with makeup and hair if you want to add that to your photo package. Her prices are quite high but I am sure you will be pleased with the results. It was a bit difficult trying to go through all the exquisite pictures and narrowing it down to 10 or 15. If you require your pictures right away Elena will help you to have them on time after she's edited them. The final prints come from Italy. We have not yet received our final prints yet so I cannot comment on that. Give Elena a call for your photo studio pics. Book in advance, have an idea of what you want to achieve and she will assist you in getting wonderful pictures. Budget as well - the pictures are pricey but worth it.
