The first stage of this process outgrew the Chestnut Ridge location and became the Montvale Surgical Center. I had my 2014 knee surgery at that facility. The Montvale Health Associates location is a multi service facility that I visit for Chiropractic, acupuncture, and physical therapy. The entire staff is always professional and friendly. I paid them in cash for that copy & they have been sending me a bill for the $5 because the person I paid probably pocketed the money. They did nothing for me except refer me to someone else in their practice. The doctor they referred me to doesn't work in the office they sent me too or do the procedure I needed done. A total waste of time & no other practice I have been too has ever charged me for a copy of my film.

Caring and knowledgeable staff in a clean setting - I recommend, with a few caveats!…read more For any PT experience, if you can find relief and improvement for whatever your reason, that's the main thing. Your treatment plan could consist of exercises tailored to your issue, manual work on you by the PT, and ice/heat/stim. (Love the compression ice sleeve!) The PTs and aides are really good at what they do, designing a specialized plan for you, being responsive to feedback, and having an awareness of the room. Kudos to Shane, James, Mike, Jordan, Tony and the team for their attentiveness; thank you Shane especially for your professionalism and help! It seems like most PT places have a dated feel to them but this one feels better, perhaps because it is well kept, the signed sports memorabilia on the walls, and the comforting sound of the washing machine running. It's a smallish space so conversations carry throughout the room, so you pretty much hear everything. Not too much privacy if you want that. They also have convenient hours. They are by appointment and have early morning and later times. If you go at a busier time, it gets more hectic and there's a lot more staff multitasking happening. Before you start, they contact you about what you will owe per session. I ended up owing more than initially told (estimate?) which is never a good surprise. Perhaps double verifying ahead of time would be good. This wasn't the cheapest place if you're budget conscious. Parking is easy and they're located right next to Davey's bar.
