While I was paying out, the owner asked if I had ever tried their BBQ. Since this was my first time, I told him no. He said give me a minute. Her manager wouldn't get on the phone and speak to me, but used Skylar to communicate to me (I only know this because I would ask a question, and I could hear the manager in the background telling Skylar what to say.). Manager told her that I would have to drive all the way back up to the store with the sandwich if I wanted a refund. I then emailed corporate asking for a refund and explained the situation and finally got a refund, but not a single apology from any employee. No ownership whatsoever. Not to mention how gross it is in the kitchen, employees will go outside for a smoke break and then return to work without washing their hands and handling food.
