    I always have the best experience with The Picnic Collective!! They've done a couple of my best friend's birthdays and created the most beautiful arrangements and setups! Bringing flowers and drinks and the prettiest table scape. More recently my friends and I threw a girls garden party and they really completed the decor. Even brought a little flower bouquet making station! LOVE! The team is so amazing and also punctual. Couldn't recommend them enough!

    I have nothing but the HIGHEST praise for the Picnic Collective team! They made my backyard area look SO magical for my friends and I for our spring girls dinner! I had the pleasure of working with Kelly to come set up my space, and she was AWESOME! Such an amazing energy, and so accommodating. I can't wait to host another party with them again! This experience is worth every penny for creating such special memories with people you love!!

    I hired the picnic collective for my friend's birthday. the set up was so easy they brought everything we needed and more. My girlfriend was so excited and they did not disappoint. we all arrived to it set up with drinks and food and even a speaker for playing music at the park. I will definitely be working with them again in the future and would recommend them a friend for their birthday or if their setting up a friends birthday like I was.

    The cutest picnic I've ever been to! I was there when the team was finishing their setup and they did such a beautiful job. Th entire event was beautiful and they found so many gorgeous pieces to create a special ambience for a birthday party. The little details make it even more special! If you're looking to have a beach, park, backyard picnic etc then you MUST you The Picnic Collective! They are hands down the best in LA/OC!!!!

    Since this birthday of mine was a little different, and the husband preferred to not dine out, we were trying to think of something fun to do. A friend and I were discussing it and she found The Picnic Collective on Instagram. I immediately signed up to find out more. The only bummer is, yes, it's not cheap whatsoever- and definitely for special occasions. But this friend literally gifted us money to do this. She knew it had been a really hard season of loss for us, and she wanted to really bless us. Well, she sure did. We grabbed a sandwich and salad from Sessions West Coast Deli and met the girl who set up the picnic. The cheese board provided was so massive that we ended up eating the sandwich and nibbling on that. Didn't even touch our salad! They also provide amazing cookies, spindrift waters, and just an overall romantic setting. It was breathtaking. I wish we had been able to have a little table so we could set up our extra stuff, but a lot is a la carte. Weather was gorgeous but yes, it's January, thus it was freezing once sunset came and the wind kicked in. So the pros- amazing staff, prompt at replies and great communication, beautifully done picnic set up, so detailed and lovely. Cheese board was outstanding! Fruit and extras were wonderful too! Super unique event- very special. Cons- soooo expensive! (Our package was the basic of the basic and still was $298 after all was said and done) Your everyday person could rarely afford to do this unless it was an anniversary, or milestone birthday, or even a special girls event that you do with friends and split the cost. I wish it was a more affordable or included more included time to hang out/more food provided- because I'd be planning picnics all the time! Lol. And our little basket/table type thing could have been way larger- there wasn't any room to put anything else on it. From all the photos I saw, I kind of expected a small picnic type table. The takeaway- had a great experience, but unless you are rolling in money, this is definitely more of a very special event type of thing.

    I cannot thank the Picnic Collective enough for making my birthday so special. The entire experience was 10/10 throughout the entire journey starting with the communication to create the perfect party proposal and customized questionnaire, all the way to the finish and ensuring everything was a success. The staff who helped set up were extremely friendly and helpful, and even confirmed with me the location of my preference. This night was such a dream and I will truly cherish it forever - thank you Picnic Collective!!

    Great service! I decided to do the coastal picnic theme as the backdrop for my proposal and it turned out great! The picnic setup itself was very beautiful and the food was good. The fruit tasted fresh and the cookies were really good. Also, a big shoutout to the staff. They were so nice and helpful. They even allowed me to reschedule the event due to rain. I would definitely recommend this service!

    The Picnic Collective went above and beyond to create a special day for Dorit Kemsley and her family. We had a short conversation about decor goals + food preferences and Lauren + her team executed it perfectly. You tend to need services like these because 1) you don't have the time to plan something yourself 2) you trust their vision. You will always in good hands with this company whether sourcing for a high end client, celebrity, influencer, family, friend. Yourself. 10/10 EFFECIENT AND EFFECTIVE services. *for this particular one we did arts & crafts for the kids with lunch. Very kid friendly activities optional.

    I've been to a couple events that had the picnic collective set ups and every time I'm just blown away with the amount of detail these girls put into each set up. It's so cute and so picturesque. Great for events and even birthdays or dates!!

    Hands down one of the most creative, dreamy, special ways to spend my mom's 50th birthday. The surprise was for her, but I was extra surprised myself. Booking the event was extremely easy, I read other reviews about the planners not reaching out prior to the event, but the truth is that you don't really need to hear from them. All of the plans are in writing when you sign the agreement, the location and time are set prior to the date (also in writing). The day the event, the crew reached out and let me know they were setting up along with texting me a location pin. The Picnic Collective went above and beyond with the details. The flowers were beautiful, the grazing boards were delicious, everything was absolutely beautiful! I purchased the sandwiches for each guest and they were yummy. The only extra things I brought myself were a cake and alcohol. (mini champagne bottles and seltzers along with a trash bag to keep the alcohol bottles out of sight :) They provide pretty glass looking cups and it made us feel extra fancy. The blue tooth speaker was a nice touch to set the mood with music. Overall 10/10 I would hire them again for another special occasion. I was so happy with everything. If your picnic is at the beach like most are, I recommend arriving 30min early, plan ahead because parking is a mother. For reference I worked with Kristen and she was really fast at replying via text.

Everywhere you look, you could find something from modern, farmhouse, Bohemian, vintage, any style and any color you could imagine, you can find it here.     We met Eliza when touring a venue for our wedding that required everything to be brought in. We followed up to see what wedding planning packages she had and safe to say this was the best decision made. Eliza, Tammy + Team provided the full service for our wedding. We hired them for planning, design, coordination, rentals, and florals and it made life so much easier. I had the best experience with Eliza and team with our weekly meetings for a few months to align on all the details. She understand and appreciated our mixed cultural background and how we wanted to incorporate elements of this for a Persian and Vietnamese wedding. I have always heard wedding planning to be stressful but safe to say my experience was the best and the day of the wedding went beautifully. Nothing ever goes to plan and I'm really happy Eliza and her team are experienced enough to adjust to last minutes changes such as guest no shows, etc. She captured our vision perfectly and I'm already thinking of future events I would plan with Bel Events again!

    Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.
