Small outdoor shopping center in DTLB with various shops, stores, restaurants, bar, comedy and hotels. It's right across from the Lb convention and the waterfront. It's a nice, clean with good vibe place to be since it's walkable to everything to see in LB.

Been here many times since it's an easy walk from our home, but never did a review. On this walk, we stopped by the Five Below, which is one of the newer retail stores in the mall. It's a very small list of retail stores, most of them devoted to clothing. Nike, H&M, Columbia, and Levi have stores/outlets here. Restoration Hardware outlet is the one store specializing in home improvement. The mall has a lot of restaurants, on both sides of Shoreline Drive. On the north side (easily accessible from Convention Center), we have the full service restaurants like California Pizza Kitchen, Islands, Auld Dubliner Irish Pub, and Kalaveras. Fast food restaurants like Starbucks, Waba Grill, and Cold Stone Creamery are also in the area. Another ice cream shop is the locally owned La Michaocana Plus. On the south side (closer to the Aquarium of the Pacific and accessible via a pedestrian bridge), there are quite a few more restaurants, most of them dine-in: national chains: Chili's, Bubba Gump, Hooters, Chili's, Outback, P.F. Changs, Famous Dave's, and two local ones: Gladstones, Tokyo Wako. In addition, during the weekend and other busy times, the north side of Shoreline drive has many food trucks lined up, serving plates to go. It's then an easy walk to the many grassy areas, to have an impromptu picnic. In terms of entertainment, there is a large ferris wheel next to a carousel. There is a 14 screen cinemark, showing first run movies, with Tuesday discounts. And a Laugh Factory (one of two adult comedy clubs in LA County, the other being in Hollywood). Parking is via street, surface lots, and a large multi-story parking garage. Don't know the current rates or validation rules since we never use it. Another interesting thing is that the mall is smack dab in the middle of the downtown racecourse of the Long Beach Grand Prix. This means much of the businesses are closed to the public during race days, but there are enough paying customers of the Grand Prix to justify having them open. In fact, some of the best seats of the race are at the outdoor dining areas of the restaurants inside this mall.

Great place for some eateries and shopping especially if you're just a little bit early to hop on the Catalina Express to visit Catalina Island, Avalon. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and there's plenty of parking available both in the structure or on street parking. Very close and walking distance to eateries and retail stores. We stopped here since we had an hour before boarding so we thought to stop and get some snacks at La Michoacana Plus. You can also get on the carousel and ferris wheel if you have time. Wide open space and also plenty of food trucks parked. Next time will stop by here a little earlier to check out the food trucks and do some shopping.

Just got done with lunch and a long stroll at the shoreline across the street and on our (Mom and I) way somewhere else when we called an audible and drove to park in here instead. So many times we drove by not knowing there were outlet stores up in here, but! Better late than never! It's small compared to let's say Citadel or the more famous Camarillo and Barstow outlets. But there are tons of independent vendors selling unique items along the main walkway. There is also entertainment for kids of all ages. The main attraction, of course, is the ferris wheel. Scored tons of bargain buys and got a lot of steps in. TIP: Have your parking ticket validated! Not sure if all the stores do that, but won't hurt to ask. Pretty good first top. Will most likely return.

Came here because my hotel room wasn't available yet and was recommended to go here. There's a few big names like Levi's, Columbia and a few others here but not a huge selection. There is a Starbucks here and a few known restaurant chains like Outback where I ate for a late lunch and Chili's was right next door. The Ferris wheel is iconic and it was running during my visit. Overall, not a bad place to hangout. Near the pier overlooking the bridge. Cheers!

The Pike Outlets is an outdoor shopping mall that was remodeled in 2014. The most noticeable aspects of the Pike Outlets are its lit-up ferris wheel (which I believe costs $6 to ride) as well as a "rollercoaster bridge" that pays homage to the Pike's history as an amusement park several decades ago. A historic carousel is also operating. A Cinemark movie theater and a Laugh Factory comedy club provide other entertainment. Current stores include Columbia, Converse, Express, Forever 21, Gap, Guess, H&M, Hot Topic, Kay Jeweler's, Levi's, Nike, Restoration Hardware, and Sunglass Hut. Current restaurants include Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., California Pizza Kitchen, Chili's, Cold Stone Creamery, Famous Dave's, Hooters, Outback Steakhouse, P.F. Chang's, Starbucks, and others. I felt most interested in the restaurants rather than the stores. Several storefronts are vacant and are looking for tenants. The mall looks to be in excellent condition otherwise. Parking is available in a garage and at street meters.

Parking is always a headache, but that's par for the course in L.A. country, so not holding that against the Pike. Once you find a place to park, there's A LOT to do from shopping to eating to just walking around enjoying a great Southern California day!

Right across the bridge from the Queen Mary. Didn't hit very many shops but Nike was a great find. Really discounted shoes. Joined their email list and got even more off. Easy Uber ride and pick up.

The pikes outlets are a nice outdoor shopping plaza with many big brand names! I personally have never shopped in one of them, however the location setting is one of my favorites at sunset! We used to visit this location to play Pokemon Go back in 2018, lots of people playing back then, not so many now. At around 5pm the sun starts to set, and paints the sky orange pink! Very nice view. You have the light house on the other side and more smaller food stores across. This is a nice place to walk on the weekdays, too crowded on weekends! My go to place to have a nice walk near the sea!

I came here around Halloween time and this is who I came across. There were many people wearing different outfits and a lot of people were scared too! It was super amazing that night and I love how there are restaurants so that after a long walk when I get hungry. I can stop by and grab a bite. They're still so much. I have yet to explore here, but just walking down. The pike outlets is really fun

My first time to be here and I am amazed with the shops and eating places as well as the ocean view. You get entertained while walking around. I would definitely recommend coming to this place.

There was a good amount of people walking around but not like the crowds during the weekend. You have people walking around with their pets and others just enjoying the sunshine. Some of the stores weren't open when we arrived. They still have the arcade and carousel area that was open. Walking along the boardwalk and looking out to the waterfront and marina was very nostalgic. It used to be the usual weekend outing when I lived here. Catching up with friends, walking along the bike path and enjoying the waterfront. There's still a few of the old school restaurants that's been there for years. Tequila Jacks, Yard house and of course Parker's Lighthouse. Later on around 3pm the boardwalk did start to pick up as happy hours were happening. The good thing about this area, it's literally a couple minutes walk from the convention center so it's good for people when they're in town for some kind of convention. The crowds tends to be pretty mellow. Students, families and out of towners. A nice waterfront boardwalk with some cute shops and restaurants. There was a live bands performing in the middle which was nice to watch them playing some fun tunes. It's not extremely big but big enough to spend some time there. Plenty of parking in the paid lot. 2 hrs free with validation.

On July 3, while riding through the property, an employee who was power washing the common areas sprayed me, my bicycle, and several other cyclists because, apparently, we were in his way. The behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I immediately reported the incident to management. More than 10 days have passed, and I have yet to receive a response. That level of customer service is just as disappointing as the incident itself. This issue isn't going away. I'm going to continue pursuing it because I don't want anyone else to experience what happened to us. Beyond that, I believe much of the property appears neglected, with only a few businesses--such as Yard House, Tequila Jack's, and Parker's Lighthouse--continuing to draw significant traffic. I encourage visitors to look around carefully and form their own opinions before choosing where to spend their time and money. I hope Shoreline Village's ownership and management take this seriously, improve the condition of the property, and ensure their employees treat visitors with professionalism and respect. Since management has chosen not to respond, they should expect to hear from me shortly through the appropriate channels regarding both this incident and the way it has been handled.
