Not only did Ro take her time with a picky senior citizen, she gave multiple wonderful suggestions that were super helpful. We tried every pair suggested and we absolutely walked out with two pairs both my mom and aunt loved. Yah at the cashier continued that same level of elite service with my mom and aunt being far from tech savvy. This Nike store has horrible customer service. I tried to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size, and the so-called manager (beverly) said I couldn't, because my return period was past the 30 days by 3 days. I've been a life long Nike customer, but will switch to a different brand. The customer service I received was unacceptable. As horrible as the Nike brand is doing (look at the stock market), you would think they would do all they can to keep long-term customers happy. My guess is this store won't be around in 2 years, because the brand is going to crap...and you have employees who don't give a damn about the customers experience. read more

Today a rep named Justin asked if I needed help I said yes, I don't see any plus size stuff in women's any more do you guys just not carry it in store? I said normally you guys have XXL. I waited +30 minutes in line to make a simple return!! Mind you I came here Monday morning around 11am and I thought it was going to be a quick in and out trip but I was so wrong. Both cashiers, Damien and Alexis were moving incredibly slow and looked unfazed about the long line. They kept on advertising to sign up for the app so it took people even longer when they were up on the registers. There was also another worker helping with the line but then one of the cashiers told her to stop and to just fold clothes behind the register! The 3 people in front of me looked so annoyed and they were there way before me, so I can't imagine how long they have been waiting. I went here about a month ago and service is slow and they don't let you try on both shoes at the same time. My podiatrist recommended a specific shoe for my low arches so I was happy to have a Nike store nearby that carries it. When I walked in there were several employees in the same area talking, then they seemed to scatter. It was really difficult to flag someone down. When I finally got someone I wanted to try on two sizes- he came back with one right shoe. I needed the next size down so waited again. Got another right shoe. I needed to try on the left shoe, so I waited again. When I finally got help again he told me I can't try on both but he can switch for the left shoe. I tried, but I wasn't confident enough to spend $150 without walking around in them since I have problems with my feet. Spent 45 minutes in there to try on one shoe and didn't make a purchase. I'm assuming this policy is due to theft but they need a better solution. read more

I am APPALLED by the way that I was treated today at the Nike store by LEXXUS and her team! I've been a loyal customer of Nike for years, spent thousands in that store. Seven of those years in Long Beach. I am a local respected artist of LB. All those times I have visited that store, I've NEVER been made feel so uncomfortable shopping at this store, especially on the day of the celebration of my daughter's 14th birthday! I am OUTRAGED by the number of team members following me around. I had team members all follow me around the aisles, but at least they didn't make it as obvious or kept it respectful all males by the way Then as I go back to check on my kid and bikes that are outside, I see more than 5 females, stand there, stare at me for minutes! Talking about me as if I'm not conscious of what they're doing. At first I dismissed it, but when I felt All their eyes focused on me, one single person doing absolutely nothing but walking up and down the store shopping, what the fuck is so suspicious about that! Went by today to exchange shoes that were gifted to me for Christmas. My husband called prior to us coming and was helped by one of the store managers named Johnny. He was very helpful over the phone after we explained that we just need to exchange shoes that was purchased a while back. We met him at the store and he was so friendly and understanding. Before he got off work, he took time out of his day to inform us that he was leaving but he already informed their other manager regarding our situation. So thoughtful of you ask me!
