I waited +30 minutes in line to make a simple return!! Mind you I came here Monday morning around 11am and I thought it was going to be a quick in and out trip but I was so wrong. Both cashiers, Damien and Alexis were moving incredibly slow and looked unfazed about the long line. They kept on advertising to sign up for the app so it took people even longer when they were up on the registers. There was also another worker helping with the line but then one of the cashiers told her to stop and to just fold clothes behind the register! I went here about a month ago and service is slow and they don't let you try on both shoes at the same time. My podiatrist recommended a specific shoe for my low arches so I was happy to have a Nike store nearby that carries it. When I walked in there were several employees in the same area talking, then they seemed to scatter. It was really difficult to flag someone down. When I finally got someone I wanted to try on two sizes- he came back with one right shoe. I needed the next size down so waited again. Got another right shoe. I needed to try on the left shoe, so I waited again. When I finally got help again he told me I can't try on both but he can switch for the left shoe. I tried, but I wasn't confident enough to spend $150 without walking around in them since I have problems with my feet. Spent 45 minutes in there to try on one shoe and didn't make a purchase. I'm assuming this policy is due to theft but they need a better solution. read more

I am APPALLED by the way that I was treated today at the Nike store by LEXXUS and her team! I've been a loyal customer of Nike for years, spent thousands in that store. Seven of those years in Long Beach. I am a local respected artist of LB. All those times I have visited that store, I've NEVER been made feel so uncomfortable shopping at this store, especially on the day of the celebration of my daughter's 14th birthday! I am OUTRAGED by the number of team members following me around. I had team members all follow me around the aisles, but at least they didn't make it as obvious or kept it respectful all males by the way Then as I go back to check on my kid and bikes that are outside, I see more than 5 females, stand there, stare at me for minutes! Talking about me as if I'm not conscious of what they're doing. At first I dismissed it, but when I felt All their eyes focused on me, one single person doing absolutely nothing but walking up and down the store shopping, what the fuck is so suspicious about that! On top of that, they literally saw me walk in with my kid. Saw me walk up to my kid multiple times and speak with her and point out the dressing rooms and telling her go ahead do your shopping spree, after all they are "watching" and then as I'm standing there waiting for my kid I see more than 5 employees, shay, esmeralda, lexxus, and the rest whom the manager did not want to give names, huddle up and give me the nastiest look as if standing around is suspicious, judging me making me feel so uncomfortable that I had to speak up in front of everyone embarrassing myself because I'm not gonna stand for the disrespect! not in front of my daughter on her birthday! He was very friendly and polite. We also asked for assistance with an item we couldn't find on the sales floor and he helped right away. Went by today to exchange shoes that were gifted to me for Christmas. My husband called prior to us coming and was helped by one of the store managers named Johnny. He was very helpful over the phone after we explained that we just need to exchange shoes that was purchased a while back. We met him at the store and he was so friendly and understanding. Before he got off work, he took time out of his day to inform us that he was leaving but he already informed their other manager regarding our situation. So thoughtful of you ask me! He kindly returned to the floor to confirm a price that was not reflecting the discount at the register. I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. Yesterday I purchased a pair of shoes that were too small. Today, I go into exchange them. The correct size wasn't on the shelf so an employee went to the back to get it for me. As I'm waiting I can feel that I'm being starred down by a staff member in the aisle and once I received the correct size I can literally hear staff answering their walkie talkies keeping tabs on me from the back of the store until I got to the register. It made the experience very unsettling and uncomfortable. I'd proven I had no intentions of theft or anything of that nature. I sat quietly in one spot waiting for the shoes to come from the back immediately after receiving them I went to the checkout line. So I bought some Nikes in a size 12.I am an 11 1/2 and prefer a little wiggle room.I had my car broken into the night before and had 2 pairs of my size 12 Nikes stolen,as well as everything in my car.So,I picked out what I needed in size 12 and told the associate that they felt a bit tight on the ties and He assured me that because they were suede,the shoe will stretch.Well they didn't stretch and these are the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever purchased.I always buy Nike size 12 and have never had this problem.Its so bad that it is impossible to drive in them.My toes are pinched to the point that it hurts.Im going to finally call the store,because it's pretty obvious by now,these shoes are not going to stretch.If I can get these replaced with a different pair,then I'll take this review down.Its ironic that I've purchased Nikes at different stores with no problem,but the minute I decide to go to Nike,It turns out not as good. read more
