I was fortunate to see Barbara Bruni, a Master Level Therapist. Certainly the BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST I have ever had! She was able to release the tight adhesions that compress and contort my surrounding muscles. She was also able to relieve many painful tender muscle knots, aka trigger points. She did so much work on me in 60 minutes, that this is the best Myofascial Release (MFR) massage ever! She is highly skilled and her massage techniques provided me great relief from the agonizing pain I suffer. Barbara is highly knowledgeable, she listens to your complaints and understands your body! She is so intuitive that her magic hands instinctively know where your body is having pain! She is certainly "Master Level." She listens to your body and understands body mechanics. She knows how to keep your body aligned and in balance! You must go see her! A heartfelt thank you for fixing my very "broken body." They also had shirts and other memorabilia available for purchase. The instructor was very to the point and did a great job explaining and guiding us through the class, which I really appreciated--especially as someone who likes clear direction. While the regular class pricing was a bit more than I can afford right now, it was still a great experience overall. If you're curious about Pilates and in the area, it's definitely worth checking out.

I decided to take the intro class for Club Pilates and I could automatically tell it was different than what I had experienced the first time around. My intro class was with Jill, I signed up the same day. I loved it that much. I have gone seven different times since then and used Sarah, Wendy and Dawn. And every single one of them was more than competent and skillful and knowledgeable at what they do. I am the type to ask questions if I don't understand, especially about form and nobody seems aggravated or "too good" to help me with my questions. It honestly feels like a family , which I love. There are two different membership options to choose from , 1 is eight classes a month and the other is unlimited. I chose the latter option. I love that you can book ahead and see all of the classes on an app. The machines are always clean and ready for the next group . The equipment is all new and not heavily used, which I love. Bathrooms are always clean, fully stopped with any of the extra feminine necessities you might need while stretching your body in abnormal ways I would love for you to join me for a class! She has a wealth of knowledge and understands how the body moves. I loved her no-nonsense approach. Too bad I don't live in this area. This place is a gem and should not be overlooked. If you live here or are passing through, beginner or not, you won't be disappointed.
