After recently relocating I realize how much I took for granted by having this gym within driving distance and how much I miss it. First off, the gym is gigantic. Having other people there is almost never a problem with how many options you'll have to choose from for whatever muscle group or exercises you intend on doing. The amount of benches/squat racks they had made sure you'll never miss a bench day because you'll never have to wait. Additionally, it is ALWAYS clean, I have never walked in this gym and not seen wipes, germ x, soap to wipe down equipment. This gym is incredibly well kept and its obvious the crew take pride in their house. As stated above the number of machines is plenty to meet whatever someone is interested in doing from cardio to bodybuilding. On top of that it is all well-kept and new and if something isn't right they aren't afraid to upgrade or add something to the gym to make sure members are happy. I've always felt like I was getting the most out of my membership with this gym. I will close my statement by saying that everything above is what is expected of a gym when someone applies, however there is one unexpected anomaly. That unexpected anomaly is their manager David. He turns that gym from being just a gym to a community and going to the gym was always something that was looked forward too. Countless times would I go into the gym at 9 pm and he would still be at work to meet with someone who is interested in a membership or helping some guys out with their form or something. Having a manger who is comfortable with going around and setting the vibe and talking with members while they workout every now and then is where anytime lucked out with their manager. My credibility extends from athletics in high school to serving in army special operations, working out is nothing new to me but since starting here every gym I go to has felt empty because they don't have a David there.

The people who work there are so knowledgeable in everything that involves general fitness. The people who workout there aren't muscle-headed douchebags. There are some muscle heads, but they aren't douchebags. Most of the folks are always willing to let you work in with them if you both want to use the same piece of equipment, and they'll always have advice for you if you ask for some. They have several fitness classes throughout the day like yoga, pilates, spin class, and all that other jazz. The only thing I would improve upon is their hours. They aren't open on Sunday, they're barely open on Saturday, and closing at 8PM on Fridays is sometimes unacceptable. All in all, I've lost hundreds of pounds there, not kidding, and I plan on losing over a hundred more.

I had been to other gyms and had tried to lose weight for years. I tried EVERYTHING!! Nothing kept my attention and NOTHING worked. Within 6 months I lost 30 lbs and I have kept it off. But, it's not the weight loss that keeps me there. It's the experience and environment. When I walk into this gym, my coaches are ready for me. I'm not an easy candidate because I have injuries and I have to modify almost every exercise. But, they are ready and willing to help me everyday. You WILL NOT find this at any gym. I have also gained a lot of new healthy friendships since I have been here. To me, it's important to be healthy but to also have healthy friends that surround you and encourage you. So my advice to you...What are you waiting for? Get to the gym and try your FREE CLASS TODAY. AND TELL THEM YOU ARE MY FRIEND CAUSE YOU WILL BE!!!

Peak Performance Very upsetting the way they took advantage…read moreof my 70 year old wife that is diagnosed with parkinson's and early onset dementia. She thought that exercise would help with her mobility. I got intouch with these guys and per our conversation they told me for personal trainer it would be 30.00 per 30 minute sessions and did not do contract's. My wife went to a meet and greet and really liked Skylar. I asked my wife how it went and she said fine. I asked if they charged her 30.00 for the day and she didn't know. I checked her Ssi account and saw they charged her 180.00.so I figured she paid for 6sessions. As she was going she started not being able to feel well enough to go. Her neurologist told her she needed physical therapy instead of the exercise she was doing. So she felt like she wanted to complete the 6 session's. But she was on new medication and really could not do it. We figured that the 2 remaining sessions we would just forfeit. I told them sorry but she will be starting physical therapy as soon as she adjusted to the new medication. I was told that since they weren't given 30 day's notice that they were going to bill her for an additional two weeks of 140.00. I said but you don't have contacts so I don't understand. He said that they have agreements and she signed one. I said she didn't know she had agreed to anything like that. I told him she never received any paperwork. So he texted me copies of the so-called agreement. It had no date or dollar amount so they could have billed a million dollars according to that agreement. It also referred to the contract 2 time's even though he said that they don't have contracts. I checked my wife's account and saw they had already charged her 140.00 a week earlier. My only option was to cancel her debit card and have a new one reissued so they could not hit her for any additional charges. My wife signed the paperwork where she was told to and didn't understand what it really said. She can't read without her glasses and did not have them with her. And I know they didn't take the time to make sure she really understood the paperwork. I have to explain things to her several times before she understands what I telling her. I feel that they really took advantage of her. It's called elderly financial abuse and they should be ashamed of themselves. I only hope they don't teach their children that this is acceptable. So my worning to you is look out for the most vulnerable people in your life so these kind of predators cannot take advantage of them.

The small details like already having the workout squares set up before class starts, or the very welcoming Coaches paired with a gym that is immaculate makes for an experience that makes you want to come back. I've dropped into many boxes in the states and this is definitely one of the best ones I've visited. The gym was always clean and their equipment is in great shape. Beware if you are a chalk monster though, the gym was so clean I was afraid to use any chalk haha. The people were always nice and welcoming which is a big deal for me. The coaches were awesome! They did a great job explaining the WODs, giving scaling options and target ranges of where you should be in the workout depending on skill level. Overall, one of the best boxes I've dropped in to.
