The only slight niggle I have is that for those unfamiliar with 33 it is often unclear whether or not you should wait to be seated (you don't need to). What's further confusing is that it is actually table service, though staff can be rather slow so I often find it easier to just pay and order at the bar. Don't let any of that put you off though, 33 is well worth a visit, and I'm sure that you like me will just keep coming back!

More often there is a match on and lots of heads pointing towards the various big screens about the place. Still, on that front, they show both rugby and football and I've never seen any trouble.It is most popular with City fans, but also other locals and students. The atmosphere is more often quietly jovial. It has a pleasant horse shoe bar. Cask Beers are available and they clearly know how to clean their lines. A decent no-frills place.
