I initially entered the store to browse after breakfast. I had my small dog with me as we are boaters. Shery was extremely welcoming, friendly and engaging. I talked my husband into returning to the boat with our dog so I could try on clothes at The PInk Crab. Taylor was also incredibly helpful. I felt a bit funny as I had no makeup on and my hair was very frizzy from the humidity. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The customer service was the best I have experienced at a retail boutique in a very long time. I purchased a lined dress and a pair of skorts. Couldn't make it out without finding a super-fun pair of earrings. It was because of Shery that I will continue to shop here when I am in town. read more

Bottom Line: Feminine, brightly colored, high end resort wear by Lily Pulitzer and perhaps some other brands. Phew, there is a lot of color and patterns going on in this clothing store for ladies and girls. Everything I looked at was Lily Pulitizer brand but perhaps they have some other brands too. While they did have some solid colored pieces here, most of the garments are brightly colored and heavily patterned. The clothes are definitely preppy but I feel like a little bit of this in anyone's wardrobe would go a long way. The sales associates seemed friendly so no complaints there. read more

Friendly girls and beautiful clothing in a colorful setting! I will only buy my Lilly from this store. Everytime I come in I am always greeted with a hello and asked if I need help. Some upper boutique store workers seem snotty and I was worried about this the first time,but the girls are genuenly kind. Shopping experience here is terrible! The girls there were stuck up and bitchy. Did not even welcome me in. They gathered around the front of the store to talk trash and giggle while me 2-3 other customers went to find the dressing room ourselves. Found a few Lily Pulitzer dresses that I was looking for. Staff is very friendly and sweet. They are eager to help if you have difficulty finding something in particular. Wish I could give zero stars! Just left the store after shopping the APS at Towson and telling other Lily ladies how nice everyone was at the Pink Crab store. If only I could take it back. I would not recommend this store again. Three young girls were waiting on ONE young customer and the other older employee was just walking around with her nose in the air. Not one employee greeted me nor asked if they could help me. They also were not concerned about all other customers shopping. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. read more

Cute store but I won't be back. The sales ladies were not welcoming and did not even say hello or speak to me at all the entire time I was in the store. I tried on a jacket and they never even asked me if I would like a room or anything. Went in a while ago (about a year ago) asking for a specific item and the woman blew me off, wasn't friendly at all and acted like I was dumb for asking. Went back today and the same lady was there and I asked for the same item and again- she was so rude and looked at me as if I was stupid. She didn't give me any information on the item I was looking for. I asked if Lily had stopped making it and her answer was "I haven't seen it" and then looked away. It's a shame that their customer service is so horrible- it's so simple to be pleasant and attentive to your customers and they aren't. Won't be giving them any business of mine. It's the little things that count and they definitely do not pay attention to them! read more

I love this store! When I visit Annapolis, this colorful and very cheerful store is a must stop for me. They have an excellent selection of Lilly Pulitzer products and I always find something great to buy. Don't forget to check the very back of the store where they have great deals on sale items. I just bought a pair of cute printed shorts for $32! They have a pretty jewelry selection with nice prices too. I bought a colorful bracelet for a friend and they have such fun wrapping! I have become friendly with the staff during the past two years and they recognize me right away when I walk in the door and ask me how I am doing. I find them all to be very friendly, helpful, and kind. My experience at The Pink Crab has always been wonderful! read more
