This is a fabulous place to bring your business clothes or formals. Pay $5 to sign your contract and set up an account that is good for one year. Then if your items sell in two months you can make a few dollars. They have an online website where you can check the status and the lady is super friendly and helpful. She even referred me to another consignment shop for the items that she would not take. That's great business if you ask me. read more

Since we only had time to visit one consignment shop on this visit, our friend chose this one. Jackpot hit! Artful and inviting, OPL is a paradise for shoppers seeking THE FIND. I went straight to the coats and there it was--my graceful black skimmer, all shape and quality and fit for $58. Upstairs I marveled at the carefully curated selection of blouses, evening dresses and more. Then I saw an elegant beaded top that fit me like a glove and made me feel like a countess. My Annapolis friend chose an outrageously cool ring, bracelet and throw pillow, then came back the next day with some of her own jewelry to consign. Owner is unable to create a welcoming environment during COVID even if customer is wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer upon entry. I recommend the owner wait until the pandemic is over to reopen or change the website to reflect her policy and comfort level to "don't walk into my store unless you plan to buy something" or move her business to a virtual platform only. read more

This is a great place to shop and consign. They use an online system that makes it easy to check your account. The clothes are in great shape and well chosen. The owner is fantastic and always knows where everything is. This is a great place to get nice work clothes, dresses and accessories that are reasonably priced. Higher end goods that are still in great shape! Fast rotation and always new things to see. You also get rewards dollars when you shop! read more

Love this boutique! This place is an Annapolis gem, the interior is decorated in a very awesomely unique way. They have a huge selection of preppy printed dresses and are very reasonably priced. I bought three Barbara Gerwit dresses here the first time I went, new with the tags on and I paid a small fraction of their retail price. My favorite consignment store in the Annapolis area, hands-down. I always take out-of town guests there, just for the experience of seeing this little gem and the imaginative displays. Fabulous clothes, shoes, jewelry and wonderful household antique-y things, all in a very welcoming, great-energy space. Found an AWESOME store in Annapolis called Petticoat Lane on 2 Annapolis St. Grand 're-opening on April 4th. Owner Stella let me browse before tomorrow's opening since I was from California visiting my daughter at the Naval Academy. Love, love love this store, found some real gems in her store. The owner assumes if you don't pick up your Items that didn't sell in 60 days that they belong to her. Yet at the time of drop off she tells you her policy is that items that don't sell are donated. Getting your unsold items back after 60 days is a hassle. She'll charge you $3 if she has to mail you a check for items that have been sold even if she requested that you return an item, if she has a buyer for your stuff. I would not recommend using this store when there are several others who carry equal quality items for less money. Very disappointed in her integrity. read more

I just visited One Petticoat Lane ( love that name) for the first time and had a blast! Stella is such an easy going woman to be around, and really knows her stuff! I real enjoyed when she said I had to do the "fashion show" to the parade down the stairs in the cute outfit I had on. She really made it just such a fun experience. And her quality of clothing is outstanding, not to mention there is something for everyone! Your first stop in Annapolis should be here!! read more

This is a wonderfully fresh consignment store. The items that they carry are unique with a nice mix between furnishings and quality clothing. Would not recommend! Took six articles of clothing in on consignment,sold one thing. Was told to look thru the store to find what was not sold and could only find two of the articles of clothing! I was three of the six pieces back. It has happen to another friend that had done business there! Very disappointed. Will not go back read more

This is a fabulous place to shop. I brought my husband with me and the British ladies just were so kind to everyone in the shop I was amazed. It must be novelty to bring your hubby along. We all laughed and I will be back soon by myself as this was a distraction. LOL. read more
