The men first power washed my complete home. Then one of Bills men noticed some rotten wood, and brought it to my attention. Bill gave me a good price to replace the bad wood on the left side of my home and it turned out great. Then the crew started scraping and sanding. I could not believe how much preparation these guys put into this home before painting. After 2 long days of preparation, the crew started priming and painting. I was very impressed how each guy worked together as a team, and how meticulous each of the workers were. I told Bill the owner that I was having a small gathering at the house in 2 weeks and his crew of 6 was complete with the paint job in 8 days. That's impressive in itself. Paid 14,800 to do my exterior. Put 5,920 down after their guy spent 45 min with a tablet talking me out of two cheaper quotes. Nobody showed for eleven days. Then an unmarked van with four subs who don't even work for PPC. The guy I signed with never came by once. The work was not great. Overspray on my driveway and my neighbor's fence, paint on two windows I had to razor off, caulking only done on the front of the house, skipped the section behind the AC entirely, and there's a run on my porch column you can see from the road. They pressure washed Thursday and painted Friday. I asked if it needed to dry first and got told it's fine. July the south wall started bubbling. August I peeled off a piece the size of a dinner plate and the wood underneath was still wet. Estimator called back one time and I never heard from him again. Warranty excludes "moisture intrusion" so they painted a wet wall and denied the claim because the wall was wet. read more
