A lot of the work was done to a very low standard which she at many times admitted and had it redone. She said she couldn't be responsible for what was going on in her workers private lives. Some things had to be redone several times. It's just is not a quality finish. We were not happy with the quality of the marble that she installed. After installation it became apparent that it was covered with scratches, dents, marks and was really badly chipped. She had somebody work on it for two days to try to repair it. He didn't do a bad job considering how bad it was but bearing in mind that the bathroom was brand new and we had paid her so much money we told her that it was not acceptable. Stupidly I had paid her in full and didn't hold any money back as I thought she would do right by us. A lesson learned. Extremely disappointing job from a small local company.

I think we ended up checking them out because they were open on a Sunday and we were pleasantly surprised! There was a nice variety of product and the service was excellent. I don't remember the name of our salesperson, only that I was amazed that he was still in high school but so poised and knowledgeable about countertops! We decided on a quartzite slab for our kitchen and got a very reasonable price. Half Price Countertops cuts, fabricates, and installs the slab. We had to wait for our cabinets to be installed first, but as soon as they were done we called, and Half Price Countertops was immediately ready to start the installation process. They did a beautiful job and the kitchen counters look amazing! We did have one small glitch where our dishwasher did not fit after installation. We called the company and spoke to the owner. He said he wanted to make sure we were completely happy and within a couple of days someone was there to fix the issue. I ended up buying caulk to seal the sink. Paid $7000 for a pain job that let tape seams showing. Painted a hurricane door that took me days to scrape off. Bruises on bathroom vanity from install. Called asked for color markers to fix. They said they weren't available. Broke one of my hanging lights in my kitchen. Reply was could not fix. I took it down and had my lighting place fix it. They also screwed something up in my neighbor's house months ago and have never returned to repair it. I gave them 4 jobs in my building and had a couple more but that will never happen. If you hire these people, you're gonna get what you deserve and that is arrogant and crooked ownership and sketchy workmanship and no response when looking to get it repaired. I am going on every social media site I can find and warn people about this shameless company.
