TPA is my happy place and I 1000% recommend signing up for a class. I hate all conventional workouts and going to TPA helps me stay in shape and get stronger. The variety of classes helps keep everything refreshing and allows you to work out every part of your body. The instructors are very encouraging and will motivate you to do your best while also being safe and not pushing yourself past your limits. The Pole Academy is a delightful place with talented and knowledgeable instructors, supportive students, and lots of purple. I can't imagine what could make it a better place. I felt welcome from the first time I came in (as a total newbie). this place is seriously so amazing. I took my first class last night (intro to pole) and I loved it!!! Unfortunately, I ended up hitting the top of my foot on the pole so I had to leave the class about 20 minutes later. Kat at the front desk was incredible and so helpful. It was no ones fault and I'm just clumsy haha. I will definitely take another class here! The Pole Academy has such supportive workers as well as people who take the classes. Jax and Kilo are some of the best instructors I've ever had, hands down (across any sport!). They're kind, patient, and always break down steps of learning in a way that anybody can understand it.
