I get there they repeat the same account I asked did they try a treat? how did she escape the play area? nope then they said she has done this in the past. Rarely were there other vehicles or customers there, so I'm not sure how that was possible. Their services usually took 5 -10 minutes, with every minute of it seeming rushed, adding anxiety to our dog. Staff member didn't appear to have maturity to handle challenges, or interested in our dog. Based upon what staff we've met, you might get a good experience, but you're just as likely to get told that any problem is because of you or your dog, and they can't help you. Oh, and they pre-charge for the services, so if you don't have a good experience, well, that must be because you did something wrong. Pleasant for their accounting, not so much for your dog.
