I've seen some restaurants come and some go, but it's still mostly the same as it was when I lived in the area. Major anchors include Just For Sports and LA Fitness and Office Depot and Regal Cinemas, but the center also includes the Starlite Diner, Longhorn Steakhouse, Five Guys and Sweet Tomatoes. I do have some major issues with the shopping center and it's that there are not nearly enough methods to get in or out. If you need to be going north on Andrews, you are taking your life in your hands to get out and across the traffic. There is only one entrance onto Cypress Creek Blvd. And you'll be making a lot of left/right/left/right turns to get anywhere in the plaza. Not my favorite spot at all. There's a lot of parking spaces, but during peak times, these spaces do get filled up quickly by customers coming into some of the stores. I have shopped at so many of the businesses in this plaza. I can pretty complete any errand here. Businesses I patronize include the Dollar Tree, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, PNC, Tijuana Flats, Dunkin's Donuts, Five Below, Party City, and Uptown Cheapskate. There is also a Quest Diagnostic, Dentistry, uBreakfix, Smoothie King, H&R Block, USA Nails Spa, and Youfit Health Club to name just a few of the other businesses. The parking can be a bit of cluster especially by the Publix. The wide range of businesses make up for it though. Unlike a lot of shopping plazas in the area, they rarely have an open space. We didn't buy anything this time, but it's still fun to browse -- especially through their clearance sections.
