Most of the plaza is getting a face lift with construction and barricades visible. Aside from the construction, noticed several empty bays although a few big name retail and eateries. The businesses wrap around the corner so customers are unable to get a view of it's offerings at a quick glance. The Twin Peaks, Hooters, and the LA Fitness are definitely the anchors here. Drove a bit of a distance today to try Drip Coffee and Adam & Joe's Eatery at the south end of the plaza.

No, this isn't the Tri-Rail station, so please don't merge with that. Thanks…read more This shopping center has been here for decades and it's still in pretty decent shape. I've seen some restaurants come and some go, but it's still mostly the same as it was when I lived in the area. Major anchors include Just For Sports and LA Fitness and Office Depot and Regal Cinemas, but the center also includes the Starlite Diner, Longhorn Steakhouse, Five Guys and Sweet Tomatoes. I do have some major issues with the shopping center and it's that there are not nearly enough methods to get in or out. If you need to be going north on Andrews, you are taking your life in your hands to get out and across the traffic. There is only one entrance onto Cypress Creek Blvd. And you'll be making a lot of left/right/left/right turns to get anywhere in the plaza. Not my favorite spot at all. We looked forward to shopping and ending at the Foodcourt- the Sbarro had a huge hot and cold buffet! The last time I was here was in 2014 when they updated the food court and it was fabulous! I've been reading about the new plans and how decrepit it is now. I decided to stop by after Church to see for myself I parked in the Orange Lot and came up the escalator and went right to Macy's! I was extremely impressed with Macy's. A huge beautiful store. Great sales and I actually bought a gorgeous skirt! So as I see the mall it's like having 2 separate malls the half in front of Macy's looks like a full beautiful mall! Today, because it was raining, it was pretty busy! The Apple store was packed! Some great shopping options! Free Parking! Then I went to the other side by the food court and Dillards .., now I understand some of the negative reviews.. Half empty! The H&M is amazing! Huge store! Dillard's is great! The Restaurants ate first class and were very busy! I ate at the Capital Grille. P.F.Chang, Seasons 62 and the Blue Martini' First, I would fire your Development Realtor! If you want to maintain a presence in Ft. Lauderdale. Lease to zara! Bring in a Home Sense..(a Product of HomeGoods!, Bring in an affordable Sports Bar/Restaurant! Someplace for coffee!!!(Not Duncan Donuts or Starbucks, please) An internet presence! CNN did a study a few months ago how the Brick and mortar stores are coming back Thank goodness! It is extremely convenient! Great free parking! I was actually excited to see it was very busy today! I will be back!!'

Sea Ranch Lakes was named after the landmark Sea Ranch Hotel, located across from North Ocean Drive, the main public road. The Lakes was added because of the village's two artificial lakes. If you ever driven along A1A in this area you would notice this plaza for its domed sky mural that sits over a fountain and is ringed by palm trees. At night the mural is illuminated. The shopping center was built in 1966 and renovated and partially redeveloped in 1996 and 2005. Anchors include Publix, a CVS Pharmacy and a Dollar Tree. Other businesses include First Watch, Sushi Runner, Dunkin', Edward Jones, Simply Golf, Liquors & Lounge, Executive Offices, Patchington, and Very Boutiquey. Sea Ranch Centre is near the gated residential community of Sea Ranch Lakes and the bordering city of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. It serves as a place where the luxury hi-rise ocean front condominiums and hotels can get there every day errands done like grocery shopping or grabbing a quick meal. It is so helpful to have a Publix at the beach. An added bonus is the ease of parking.

Located in the Sea Ranch section of Fort Lauderdale, it's just north of Lauderdale by the Sea right off A1A. There's plenty of parking and it's kept very clean and tidy. The Publix is a bit smaller than some of the other ones in the area, but it does have the basics...The CVS and Dollar Tree are about average for their size and selection. Lots of places to get burgers, sushi, pizza, etc. If you choose to take public transportation, the BCT bus #11 will stop right in front of the shopping center.

The shopping center sees a lot of traffic from Oakland Park and the surrounding towns of Pompano Beach and Wilton Manors. It is also close to I-95. This shopping complex is massive with 38 businesses. The plaza is anchored by a Publix and I find it very strange that there is another Publix right across the street although this one was here first and the one across the street has a Starbucks inside. I have shopped at so many of the businesses in this plaza. I can pretty complete any errand here. Businesses I patronize include the Dollar Tree, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, PNC, Tijuana Flats, Dunkin's Donuts, Five Below, Party City, and Uptown Cheapskate. There is also a Quest Diagnostic, Dentistry, uBreakfix, Smoothie King, H&R Block, USA Nails Spa, and Youfit Health Club to name just a few of the other businesses. The parking can be a bit of cluster especially by the Publix. The wide range of businesses make up for it though. Unlike a lot of shopping plazas in the area, they rarely have an open space. From places to eat, shop, and have services done, you can't beat the Northridge Shopping Center.
