Eastside pools is great. Very competitively priced, completely knowledgeable, will not try to over sell you, will offer you additional services but even if you say no thanks, they'll treat you as if you were their biggest, most important customer. They offer openings, closings, year round service and other services. They can do so much and you can trust them to do the right job at a fair price; something not always seen in NW Arkansas anymore! Jay could have upsold me into draining and cleaning, but he didn't because he is an honest businessman. In short time and a price point well below the big pool services, my pool is beautiful, blue, and waiting for summer. Not only that but he operated autonomously, but was always willing to teach me. What most call "above and beyond" Jay calls business as usual. I wish more businesses took Jay's approach to customer service. He is the only pool service I will ever use.

Wow! Just wow! After having NWA Pool & Spa out to repair a leak on my pool sand filter on 3…read moreoccasions and paying all their invoices for a total of $313.24, this is what they left me with. Greater problems than what I started with. But the real problem with these folks was the customer service from Michelle. When I called on Monday to see about getting a fourth service visit to address the ever growing issue, I was assailed for having the audacity to say I needed a 4th service visit to address the issue. I was told we should part ways and I should contact someone else. The rude and unprofessional attitude I received from Michelle was without precedent from anyone I've ever dealt with in the service industry. After investing both time and money with this group I was willing to let their Techs and Service folks continue to try and resolve the problem. I felt they deserved that opportunity. Jonathon was a pleasure to work with and seemed to genuinely be working the issue and seeking a resolution. I wanted him to have that opportunity. Following Michelle's advice, I contacted Complete Aqua Care. I spoke with Josh and Roger who came out the next day to evaluate the issue. Roger immediately determined that the plastic threaded buttress fitting that secures the O-ring had cracked and failed allowing the O-ring to extrude and form a large leak. I'm sure if Jonathon had been allowed to come out, he would have quickly come to the same conclusion and successfully resolved the issue for NWA Pool & Spa. Alas, he didn't get that satisfaction or have the chance to redeem NWA Pool & Spa's reputation. Have a Blessed Day Michelle!

If I could give Winter Moving 0 stars, I would. Isaac and another mover handled our move. After the…read moremove, they discovered the foot pieces to our bed were missing, my husband had to go buy replacements so we could sleep on our bed. My underwear drawer had been gone through, numerous personal belongings were left behind, and the paint in our home had been scratched and chipped during the move in by Isaac and the other mover. Our bedroom closet still contained personal belongings, kitchen cabinets and drawers were still full of items. No one ever went back to finish packing or retrieve the belongings that were left behind. What was even more frustrating was being told that the situation was our responsibility, despite the fact that we hired Winter Moving to handle the move and trusted them to properly pack, transport, and deliver our belongings. We followed their process and completed the required paperwork, but when items were left behind, we felt like the responsibility was placed back on us instead of the company taking accountability for what happened.To make matters worse, the company had us spend time filling out paperwork documenting everything that was missing and left behind and estimating the value of the belongings. After all of that, they credited only $150, which didn't come close to covering the losses or the damage. It felt like a complete waste of time. Speaking with management did very little and even escalating our concerns to higher-level staff and still nothing meaningful was done. Instead of taking accountability and working toward a fair resolution, they defended Isaac rather than addressing the problems we experienced. We expected professionalism, care, and accountability, but instead were left with unresolved concerns. These concerns remain unresolved and continue to affect us today because some of our belongings are still missing, and we have had to deal with the inconvenience and stress of replacing items that should have never been lost or left behind. One of the most upsetting parts of this experience was discovering that my underwear drawer had been gone through. That is an incredibly personal space, and it left me feeling violated and gross. We trusted this company and its employees in our home, and finding my personal belongings disturbed made me extremely uncomfortable and caused me a great deal of emotional stress. To make matters even worse, I am pregnant, and the added stress of dealing with missing belongings, damage to our home, and feeling like our concerns were dismissed are overwhelming. Instead of being able to focus on settling into our new home and my pregnancy, we were left spending time documenting losses, making phone calls, and trying to get the company to take responsibility. No customer should have to go through an experience like this or left feeling this way. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Winter Moving. And if you do decide to, WATCH THEM! Triple check their work, and do not trust them. The experience with this company was completely unacceptable.
