In no time at all Danny diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My pryor pool service did not add DE to the filter and the filters were clogged and at risk of being ruined. I called my Pryor service to complain (Ceballos) and they were very rude to me. They tried to blame me or Danny for the issues that I was having. Although the issues were apparent when they were servicing my pool. I will not consider them if I need service. Owning a pool is an investment. And having the right pool service is important in maintaining that investment. It is well worth it to have Clear Solutions for my pool. Danny is on schedule and does the services with good communication. He saved me money and saved my pool and my summer.

Everything started out great, but then little by little we needed to fix things and replace things…read more We didn't know any better at the time, but what a mistake hiring Rhett. We paid him nearly $1,000 and he is still a year later costing us money. For starters he fixed all the pipes around our Hayward Pump and Filter, he used the wrong pipes that don't even fit. Then he used tape and some spray adhesive to "Make it work". A year later and it busted, and it's corroded. We hired an actual Pool company and those repairs alone are over $700. The new pool contractor said it's a miracle the equipment didn't completely explode. Good to know since I have a small child. Rhett also told us we didn't need the Hayward Chlorinator that cost over $600. He removed that and I'm sure sold it to someone. We had black algae at one point and he "forgot" to mention it but wanted to add more chemicals, and cost me more money. I have attached a photo of our equipment and his high quality work. If you want to hire Rhett, do so at your own risk. He has no business touching any equipment as it's clear he hasn't a clue what he's doing. Our equipment is special order, and he went to local stores to find the parts and made do with what he could find. He is also not a licensed pool contractor!!! Should've checked that before hiring him. If you'd like to do the right thing Rhett, Venmo me the money back that we paid you to screw this up. Or at least the money you made off of our chlorinator!

So far Mike has been extremely communicative throughout the process of fixing my broken pool/spa heater. The project isn't complete yet however I would like to leave a review based on his communication and knowledge thus far. Mike came out on a Saturday and ran a diagnostic test (yes, there is a fee but every co charges one) and provided me with the possible options we had. He told me he would get back to me by Monday if he found the part he thinks may be the issue. Mike reached out to me on Monday as promised and told me he found the control board. He also provided me with the price of the total repair for this (thank you!). We have another appointment scheduled and I'm keeping my fingers crossed the new control board will fix the problem. Overall: I'm impressed with Mike's professionalism, his knowledge, and his honesty. He showed up on time as promised! He's efficient and overall nice guy!! Fast forward to today, I reached out because some guy came to service our pool (only knew because I'm home with a sick kid). The owner called me and said we'd been receiving service the whole time (news to us) and he'd like to start over. Then he made it clear he only meets clients before 3 pm through the week, and that it seemed like this wouldn't work. With all of the issues created by lack of communication on the businesses part, all we wanted was to meet face to face for a few minutes to set things up right. At that point, it was clear he didn't want our business. I'm shocked by all of this because the company gets great reviews, but they definitely aren't hurting for clients and their customer service is lackluster at best. We felt like just a number on a page from day 1. Definitely don't recommend this company. It's expensive compared to others and not worth the money based on what we experienced. We ended up having to do all kinds of service and troubleshooting in our own because the tech wasn't doing their job apparently anyways.

I called a pool tile company and they suggested replacing all of our tile, which was extremely expensive. Since our pool was built in the '80s, replacing the loose tile was not an option, as it is no longer available. As our tile continued to fall off, I saved as much as I could until I could hopefully find a possible solution. Fast forward to April of 2022, I called Brad, the owner of Dates Pool and Spa, to see if he may have any suggestions. He was on time for his scheduled appointment, and I found him trustworthy and very knowledgeable from the very beginning. He suggested cleaning our existing tile, having mosaic art pieces made in character of our rustic backyard theme, and reapplying the loose tile that I had saved over the years. As you can see from the pictures, our pool turned out beautiful and for literally a third of the cost of what we were originally quoted three years prior. Brad and his crew (Robert and Rick) worked tirelessly to finish everything before our upcoming backyard event. My husband and I can't thank Brad enough for everything he and his crew did for us. Hard to find these days such an honest and dependable company. We would highly recommend Dates Pool and Spa for any of your pool service needs!!

I contacted my builder and my builder had Pools Plus fix the spots. Now jump 4 years ahead and I have a crack in the plaster. My builder is out of business and Pools Plus won't honor the 5 year warranty on the plaster even though they were responsible for the work. Hate that I have to use a review but there isn't anything I can do at this point. Use at your own risk.
