They said everything would have to be replaced and would cost about $3000 $4000. Something just didn't feel right, so I called to get a second opinion. Oasis came out told me, No I did not need my equipment to be completely replaced. Just had a part that was malfunctioning and was only gonna be a couple hundred dollars to repair. Suddenly stopped coming to service our pool without notice and will no longer answer calls or texts. We paid him $3,000 last year to drain and acid wash our pool. I didn't notice right away that he had stopped coming, as I'm not always home when he does the pool service. Our pool turned into a murky green swamp, complete with mosquitos. In addition to spending hundreds of dollars with a new service to get the water cleared, we discovered that the plaster is now stained. What a mess. And a completely unprofessional way to treat your customers. He deserves zero stars.
