They were contracted by me to construct an in-the-ground, fiberglass pool. I had no prior relationship with Exquisite and found them only after an extensive internet search and company evaluation. The scope of the project involved site preparation, pool installation, electrical and plumbing along with finish cement work and aluminum cage. The project took approximately 10 weeks once permits were obtained and involved 3 work crews along with individual specialists. The total quoted estimate was just over $40,000.00 and was met without complication. While major construction projects are inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, especially during a time of pandemic, Exquisite made the process as painless as possible. Though there may have been a couple of unforeseen hiccups, both my wife and I are thrilled with the results. Specifically, I would give Exquisite top marks in the following areas: 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently first rate. The subcontractors Exquisite used were knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in their respective trades. They were conscientious about following project specifications. 2. Quality of work crews. The Exquisite crews involved were professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful of our property and privacy. They had an old school work ethic of good work habits, strong safety orientation, and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. Their pride in their work was always evident. They tidied up at the end of each workday. 3. Project management and coordination. Our project manager Marty, was knowledgeable about all aspects of our project, and was able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities of different work crews effectively. He remained closely involved in overseeing the project from start to finish. Finally, our equipment instructor Colt, was able to teach us all aspects of filter / pump operation. They broke…read moreone of our screen doors, one of our hose nozzles was crushed and we had to cut the hose and make a new fitting, there were cigarette butts strewn throughout our lawn as well as remnants of plaster, and they broke one of our patio chairs, but were very eager to get their check at the end without even reviewing a punch list of items we needed them to address and clean up. Don't get me wrong, the pool and deck look fantastic. They made a few promises they didn't keep such as putting decorative tile on the steps in the pool and they gave us a wrong size template to order granite for the in pool table. So, if you want a great looking pool, go ahead with Almighty, but hide your belongings including hoses and furniture - anything they could break. And prepare to pickup all their cigarettes from your yard.
