We live in Palm Coast and our pool heater, pool pump - you name it - it breaks down. Just try to find service for all those things. And remember a pool heater has to be service by a HVAC person. Not only does Jason general knowledge of all those things so he can provide some direction when something breaks but he is always going the extra mile. He tries to save you money (buy that part on Amazon for instance) He has so many times stopped by and helped figure out a problem (or point in the right direction for service) on days he is not scheduled. You couldn't ask for more from someone! I remember a line from a movie that fits him "you would be an idiot to use someone else"

He never rescheduled that week the following week my uncle was checking on the house he watched his employee come and go in less than 10 minutes they obviously did not vacuum that was on Wednesday on Saturday we had to vacuum the pool the following week green algae filled the pool I called the owner he said it wasn't our scheduled day so there was nothing he was willing to do. I let him know hat I had a large party for Father's Day planned he did not care. Did not send anyone I went to the pool store shocked the pool and vacuumed still green this pool has been neglected for some time to behave this badly. Party has been cancelled the morning of Father's Day This is a case of a company taking advantage of the elderly. Or total and complete neglect and incompetence
