All…read morethings started off great, Onarbin was very responsive, showed up as he said he would and seemed professional. He found leaks quickly, which is where I wished I would have stopped. Unfortunately, I hired him to replace my leaking pool skimmer. The installation was extremely poor. When we expressed our concerns, Onarbin was quick to give excuses but told us he would return to make repairs. He never did. I now have to hire a new company to repair the work done by O.P. Pool. The photos and video show the issues. Problems with the skimmer installation include: 1. Skimmer was installed too high, it is now sitting above my patio pavers causing a tripping hazard. 2. Skimmer opening at the deck is too small for the skimmer basket to be lifted out. To fix this, Onarbin cut up the skimmer basket so that it could fit through the hole that is too small. 3. One pool pipe under skimmer basket is now filled with loose gravel from the installation. 4. Grout around the skimmer is crumbling. And the top of the skimmer is falling apart 5. Deck pavers around skimmer are now all loose.

Before beginning the process of pool building, my husband and I researched and inquired with close to 15 Miami pool companies. Once we narrowed it down to 4 South Florida companies, we met with them individually and asked everything from A-Z. While the questions continued via email and telephone, several people seemed too busy to be bothered. We are investing thousands and wanted to make sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into. With Custom Pools, every single thing was answered and explained by the owner himself. There aren't enough great things I can say about this company and about Dago, the owner. The quote was straightforward, options were amazing, and communication was spectacular. Dago made himself available 24-7 and we were so impressed by his professionalism and the skill of his building team. From start to finish, our pool build took less than 3 months. Not only was the work done well but the crew was kind, honest, cleaned up every day and overall so pleasant to have around. One of the most impressive events was when the crew was digging the hole and hit the sewer pipe which we had told them was somewhere else. Within 2 hours, Dago had a plumbing company replacing everything. If you are considering building a pool, I highly encourage you to do your research and hire Custom Pools; I guarantee you won't be disappointed! Starting from March 03 2018, My husband and I spoke to (Bruno Galli and Luis Uzcategui) part owner and owner of the company Elevation Pools LLC, and agreed verbally to enter into a contract to have the company Elevation Pools LLC, construct a new pool from our home, As agreed, the company sent us a pool contract to sign, which we did in July 2018. We paid the company $8000.00 via personal check on August , 17th 2018. The check was given to Bruno Galli (the company's part owner and representative) in person, after the company Owners furnished copies of their driver licenses, and signed the contract. The company deposited the check on August , 19th 2018. We were told that once deposit was made we would be receiving a lot of phone calls on the process to move forward with the pool construction. Two weeks after check was paid, We have not heard from the company. There were a couple of back and forth emails and texts from Bruno and Luis stating that they were preparing the paperwork with the city and association from July to November, but as to date no construction has been started or no paperwork has been filed with the city for permits. The company stated that in their contact, the construction would be completed within 10-12 weeks. However it has been over 4 months now and no construction has been started. We have attempted many times to contact the company and Luis and Bruno via phone, text and email but they have not return our calls or emails. Every time we try to reach them they do not answer our calls or respond to our emails. We have attempted to get a refund of our deposit back since the company's failure to start construction, breach of contract, and poor lack of /failure of communication. We have sent them texts , emails, and spoke with Luis in person once regarding our refund. When Luis came to our home and spoke with my husband, Luis said to us that he would return the deposit on Monday November 25th 2018. We have not heard from Luis since. We have sent emails requesting back our money, neither Luis or Bruno have not responded to date. After nearly 4 months since we paid them, We are now waiting for our refund of the $8000.00 of the deposit paid, but the representatives and company does not respond. The persons and company is fraud. We filed a grand theft report with the police department who in now investigating and trying locating them.

We contracted Elevation pools April of 2018 to remodel our pool and patio, and until this day January 17, 2019 the job has NOT been complete. Luis Uzcategui (owner) informes us the job would take approximately 3 months. Let me start off by saying that from the day this company stepped into our backyard it has caused us many headaches. The job was not started when it was supposed to be and once they did begin they only came to our house once a week, as time passed they arrived half days where there was only 4 hours remaining of daylight to work. Elevation pools hired a third party company to install the travertine deck who did not install the floor properly causing the tiles to separate, sink and become uneven. Half way through the installation Luis and Victor (his partner) attempted to bait and switch us by stating they quoted us for 800 sq ft of travertine when in reality they needed 2000 sq ft after the contract was complete and payments were made. Later going into the diamond bright, Luis uzcategui once again hired another third party company to install the diamond bright and used 50/50 material in order to cut cost causing the diamond bright to have patches of multiple colors. He has until this day REFUSED to fix this issue. Luis was also paid extra for the travertine floor to be sealed. It took this company 6 months to finally apply the sealer after being requested. However they diluted the sealant with water in attempt to cut cost causing the expensive material to flake and erode. Once again they refused to fix this problem. Luis Uzcateguis famous line is "someone will be there tomorrow to work" however no one ever showed up for several months of him telling us this same line every other week. $18k later, this projects needs an additional 8k in order to complete and fix his errors. To this day we are unable to reach Luis Uzcategui or any of his employers including Bruno Galli who took our payment. Please do not fall in the same trap we did as the business name does change however it is still the same crooks hiding behind the doors. This company along with its owners deserve 0 stars as they have no knowledge on how to provide good customer service.
