Our painted pieces before being put into the kiln
    Kyra N.

Our group of three had such a good time here. We were able to walk in at any point in the day, pick what we want and paint at our own pace. The energy was relaxing and very laid back, and any questions we had we felt comfortable asking because everyone working was incredibly helpful and super friendly. After about 2 hours our pottery was all painted and ready to go into the kiln the next day. We went on a Saturday and I got the text saying all 4 pieces were ready for pickup on Tuesday. When we came to pick up, they were kind enough to let us go to a table and open up the bags and look at our little masterpieces. After our great experience, The Pottery Factory is definitely on our list of "must go back" places.

What an adorable place to check out! There are several activities to choose from such as painting pottery, soap making, candle making and mosaic. We chose to do soap making. Price for 2 soap bars is $18.95 and takes about 1.5 hours to dry post making it. Cute selection of soap add ons and wax to make a scene in the soap. Took about an hour or so for 4 of us to complete our project. The result of a reduction of a star is because when they poured the liquid soap in the design, it messed up the soap making it difficult to see what it was. This only happened to one of the soaps. They should have resolved the issue by not charging us for the one soap that they didn't do correctly- sometimes things happen and it's no big deal, but the right thing to do was not charge us for it. We did call and they said to email them pictures and it would be rectified. I can update once it is. Side note- it was quiet and peaceful and a good place for both my 7 year old, 10 year and my mother and myself. Multigenerational relaxation and fun. Great experience. Super fun. They have pottery painting, mosaics, painting parties. Definitely recommend, Great for kids, families or for date night. Your mostly on your own but there's a couple staff members available if you have any questions and they give you a brief orientation before you get started. You don't have to be artistic to have a good time. There's plenty of example items around the store. definitely recommend

Kids friendly please, very clean. It was a pleasure and one of the girls asked people to make sure they were wearing their masks.

Health measures were in place. Everyone was kind and we were welcomed as soon as we got there. The place was clean. Very clean, bathrooms were nice and neat. It's a good place to take the kids to when running out of things to do.

If you are looking for fun indoor activities to do this winter, I definitely recommend the Pottery Factory. I have been to the Pottery Factory several times, but my recent visit was to celebrate my friend's birthday. We decided to paint pottery, but they also offer a variety of walk-in projects such as Pottery Painting, Candle Making, Glass Fusing, and Soap Making. They also offer a variety of ticketed workshops such Big Blanket knitting, Paint and Sip, Stoneware , and Resin pouring. They have a huge selection of pottery pieces to choose from. I figured it was close to Valentine's day so I picked a rounded ceramic heart to paint. I will probably use it as a jewelry box. Every table has all the items you need to paint including paint brushes, water, and paper towels. They have a wall of paint options at the rear of the store. If there is something you need or do see or if you have a question there are helpful staff members around. I painted the heart a purple color called Heavenly Hash. After you finish painting you just leave everything at the table and head to the checkout counter where you pay for your seat time and pottery piece. They will send you a text after it has finished in the kiln. I can't wait to see how it comes out after it is glazed and fired!

I've been to multiple classes here and they are always a good time. The instructions are clear and the artists are always there to help. My most recent visit this weekend was for the chunky blanket making. Turned out great, was simple and again, the girls working there were so helpful. Highly recommend

Went here for a paint and sip class. The class was organized and the directions were easy to follow. The instructor was clear and offered help on the steps. They showed the finish project painting and the instructor Did a step by step instructions of the painting. The class lasted about 2.5 hours. It was a good class. Highly Recommend and a good date spot.

We brought my 7 year old niece here to make soap over the weekend. Staff was very friendly and the place was neat and clean. Had a good time working on our project and the end result was very nice. People of all ages seemed to be having a good time around us. My wife has been several times to do different crafts like pottery and painting, they also have candle making and I believe some sort of glass art. Overall a good place for a multi generational group.

The direction provided by the staff is very helpful and they are so kind and friendly. The projects are so personalized and there's so many ways to make it your own. The main board you get is usually very big so we were bumping into each other a lot. Then when it came to drying there was only a small space where a fan could fit and all the boards crammed there (aka, mine didn't dry much). Basically this location is really small which makes it really loud! This doesn't have to do with this location but the company chooses way too small of fonts and images sometimes that it's basically impossible to peel. Then the blue adhesive side doesn't stick well to the stained wood. Therefore, my paint work always looks messy. I heard If you do like a white wash over the stain it sticks better? But I don't always like the look of it. They need to have thicker lettering and stronger adhesive! Still it's a fun activity to do with friends!
