No ownership. Just scripted evasiveness while my issue went nowhere. So let me get this straight. They sell a premium membership, deny the benefits, then hide behind anonymity when you ask who's responsible? That crosses the line from bad service into misleading business practices. I wouldn't recommend this gym chain to anyone. Broken promises, zero transparency, and a complete lack of professionalism. It feels like a scam wrapped in a membership card. I purchased my membership off Groupon, spoke with Eddie (gym owner) to see what I needed on my first day. Very polite, helpful and encouraging. Walked in, very clean gym, Eddie greeted me and gave me an orientation. I was extremely imitated, HOWEVER everyone's fitness level varied, and worked at their own pace. Eddie made his rounds, and helped me with my technique during the workout. I was exhausted; drenched in sweat, but with a smile on my face! Great experience, powerful energy, and I was pumped after my workout. Hands down the best workout session ever, and looking forward to my next sweat blasting experience.
