My daughter understood the transaction to be a loan against the value of the watch. Despite repeated requests for receipts, Albert talks in circles and refuses to provide what my daughter and I have requested. We will be taking him to small claims court at the minimum and report him to any regulatory authority to which he answers to. I will update this review as the situation progresses.
