She asked me to sit, put the shampoo "robe" on me, asked how my day was going and what I would like her to do with my hair. She measured how much two inches was and showed me how that would look & I agreed that's what I wanted. She cut my hair, gave me a great shampoo (& conditioned it) and then combed it out since I didn't request styling or blow dry. I was in and out in 20 minutes or less, and we had a congenial conversation the whole time. I would recommend Tesla!
