I called to cancel my auto policy and was told by Steve that I needed to send over the Declaration Page from my new insurer before they could cancel. I did as requested. I followed up with Michael to confirm it was received, but never got a clear answer. After waiting four hours, I called State Farm directly, and they canceled my policy immediately--no declaration page required. On top of that, when I first received my quote from this office, it included information for a completely unrelated household member I never gave them. That's a serious mistake, and luckily I caught it before proceeding. I went with this agency because of the positive reviews, but after interacting with three different reps, I can confidently say I won't be coming back.
