They hire people with special needs, which in my opinion, is my favorite part of visiting there. Their butchers are always so friendly and helpful. Their only downfall is SOME of their cashiers. They often are lost in their own conversations, and do not greet or engage their customers. They can come across as rude or unfriendly for this reason. Unless we were living in the city, where the chance of theft might be high. Which we're not. I've had issues with Ontrac in the past (the time the driver literally threw a package over our tall courtyard fence in Sacramento? Ah, the memories), and thought that's where they'd stay. It looks like accurate shipping estimates are a thing of the past. ETA: I'm giving an extra star for the quick resolution of this particular incident.
