Two of the shirts came back ruined, due to being double stamped. I was informed the company will not replace the shirts, due to us not purchasing them directly from them. I was also informed, if we bought new shirts, we would have to pay the $10 print fee?!? They stated, "You don't have to pay the $30 setup fee." Your company ruined two shirts and you're making us pay to have new shirts reprinted? Plus, you will not pay for the shirts your company ruined?! This doesn't sound like good business practice to me.
