The original plan was to have an outside wedding ceremony, then bring it inside for the reception but weather did not cooperate and all was done inside. It was all truly beautifully decorated and it all worked out great. The kitchen area was perfect to display and serve food. A mini liquor bar and sitting area was directly to the right and connected with the building, making it easier for guests to step out and beverages. Its the perfect venue for any type of event, really.

Coming here though, I tend to arrive with a little extra time because of the zen-like feel this venue carries. To say it is off the beaten path is a understatement. It is in the country. And that is the first of many great things about it. You turn onto the gravel road and pass a massive tree on your left, as well as a few horses just out for a walk (inside a fence of course). You park in front of a small barn. At the back of it is a bar area and clawfoot tub (to hold ice). You soon discover that all of this is just the entrance way to the barn chapel where a number of wedding ceremonies take place. In here are antique pews for seating, a wood floor, and fans (as most days are hot in this part of Georgia). In the back-center of the chapel is a suspended stained glasses window that helps set the mood each and every time. On the grounds are a dining area (mostly covered, some open air seating) and a smaller chapel out in the field as well. There is a cabin for the wedding party to get ready and a golf cart, mostly for brides not wanting to get their dress dirty. I love this place and I love the team. This is a local and family-owned and operated business. They will do anything and everything they can to make your special day perfect. I look forward to what they build next.

They have an area indoors that was the perfect size for the rehearsal dinner, and located upstairs were three elegant rooms where the groomsmen can get ready, play pool, and even play cornhole outside on the balconies. The bridal cottage is a new addition that has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and a fully functioning kitchen. The sunroom lets in plenty of natural light for getting ready photos and has 3 vanities, plenty of large ornate mirrors as well as seating. I highly recommend this venue to future brides! I think the masks made it hard for them to see because they often did not have them over their eyes, instead they placed them in their foreheads. But the hostesses were very nice, good with kids, and polite. The decor was perfect, they had face painting, games, music, it was clean, comfortable, and I could not ask for more. Lavishly Posh does all of the work, even the invitations, which turn out looking really cute. They also take lots of pictures & put them in a disc for your keepsake. All that I had to do is bring the food & cake and they set it up with warm catering trays even. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who needs help organizing a party. They are running a fall break special for unlimited play for only $20 a person, most attractions were included (splatter room and human claw game were extra). For $20 it was steal of a deal, unfortunately they normally charge per hour for most activities. For me I know there is no way my kids will stay at one activity for an hour. I think they need to come up with more package options, maybe 3 activities for $25, 4 activities $33 or unlimited activities for $40. They do have small snack bar with drinks, beer, ice cream, popcorn, candy and other items. They have a retail area with shirts, key chains, sensory toys, hats and more. The splatter rooms are much larger at this new location. They do also have a couple of party room options. The staff was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely go back if they start regularly offering packages, otherwise it could easily become quite expensive with 3 children.
