Have ordered from this company twice in the last 6 months; 1st time was for shirts for school (pink shirt day) - 2nd was jerseys/hats for beer league team. Was super impressed with the customer service (talked me through everything I needed to know, and explained what to expect) and the quality of the print on the shirts was incredible. Nice and dark with good detail, but also super smooth. Wanted it to be as cheap as possible (for school) so instead of a 2 colour print, they were able to achieve the look I was going for with a 1 colour print - who knew?! The hats we had embroidered for a team look sharp and the price was right. Definitely recommend this local shop for printing; they also do promo products and banners if you need that kind of thing. Originally when conducting business with The Print Doctor I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and enthusiasm. But after receiving my first order I noticed it was a few articles short ($2600 order so assumed was just a mix up) they began to try and explain that they both double count the order and I am wrong.. I had myself and 3 others count the order, we were not wrong. The Print Doctor gave me some free stickers to make up for it... lol I decided to try again to continue business with them making another $2400 order a few weeks later. This time they said a few items were on back order, which I tried to be understanding while reasoning with my clients. When I came to pick up my second order, again it was now 5 items short (again 3 others counted with me). I explained to them this is ridiculous and they again began to tell me that I am wrong and that I am the only person who they have had issues with. Stay away. I put in an order for 5 basic printed T shirts, after a week to Matt. After a week, I email them and Matt says he will email an invoice to me, 3 days go by and nothing. I email Matt and he says it will be 2 weeks and his attitude is pretty bad. Zohar lousy service. I found a proper brick and mortar to complete my t shirt order within 3 days. Exceptional service and turnaround! I ordered embroidered hats and a banner. The hats were way better quality then I expected, and the banner was phenomenal. I had some design issues with my designer, and Matt was able to fix those design issues and printed me a high quality banner for my events! Thank you so much! I highly recommend this company!! Really bad quality in printing, I paid $30 for a pixelated t-shirt, the logo was so unclear you couldn't even tell what it said. It would have been nice to know this beforehand. When I had confronted the '' Print Doctor '' the customer service attitude was ''tough luck''. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, you are literally better off printing your own iron on from Michael's. read more

I don't understand the negative comment. I, for one, has used Print Doctor's services for many years now - t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and hockey jerseys. Products were always of high quality, both in his clothing and imagery. I do my best to support local businesses, and The Print Doctor is a great option for anyone needing printing services! read more
